Nice view of the ocean from the master room, convenient location, very laid back and family friendly location. Room is right by the pool and just across the street from the beach. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and close to great restaurants with live music. St Augustine & Daytona were nearby. We will definitely return.

Cute little condo, clean, host very pleasant, the only thing I would say depending on your age is there are stairs in the condo, stairs to go to the beach and it can get to be much. Other then that all was good.

Lovely home with the best view. Host was accommodating and friendly. The second bedroom has a sliding glass door out to an unfinished deck that was a safety hazard, but otherwise the home was exactly as pictured. The shower curtains could use a refresh due to mildew.

Disappointed in location of unit. Over a mile walk to any restaurant and there was no shopping locally. Unit is old and I felt overcharged for the week.

Our property is located 1.3 miles from downtown Flagler Beach, where guests can enjoy a wide variety of local shops, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. Many visitors enjoy the scenic walk, while others choose a short drive, bike ride or golf cart to explore the beach area. We would also like future guests to know that the unit has recently been updated with fresh paint, new countertops, updated appliances and two beautifully remodeled showers, creating a comfortable and refreshed space for their stay. We appreciate your visit and hope future guests will enjoy both the updated accommodations sand the many attractions that make Flagler Beach such a special destination.

Such a beautiful home! Very clean. Great views of the beach. Great location. Good communication from the host. Our family enjoyed our entire stay. Overall absolutely wonderful and would stay again. There are so many bonus beach items available for use and everything we needed in the home was available during our stay.The closest beach access is steep stairs but that is not a complaint just an fyi to those who may have more limited mobility. This is something out of the host’s control.There was construction going on during our stay, which we barely noticed. It did not disturb us. However, it did leave the pool and pool area littered with some debris. Again, this is something out of the host’s control as it is a shared area and relies on everyone to respect the space and clean up after themselves.If you are looking for an affordable, clean home for a relaxing vacation - book it! I would be surprised if you were disappointed. Flagler is small but so charming and wonderful. We love all the local businesses.

Residence was clean top to bottom and well appointed with every conceivable need for guests. Unexpected touches were a snack and a split of wine with glasses. Also, Jodi was very responsive to any questions we had. Thou shalt not be disappointed!
