Welcome to this rare dual-suite residence at River Mountain Lodge, located at 100 South Park Avenue, Breckenridge, CO. This is two connected studio suites offered as one spacious stay, designed for families and groups who want walkable downtown access, ski-in convenience, and flexible sleeping space.
You’re less than a 5-minute walk to the BreckConnect Gondola (South Gondola) for easy access to Peak 8 skiing, and directly across the street from the Four O’Clock ski run, allowing you to ski nearly to the building at the end of the day.
This combined unit features two private studio suites, offering four queen beds total and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples traveling together, or small groups.

• Full kitchen with dishwasher
• Private laundry room (washer & dryer)
• Full bathroom with tub/shower combo
• Patio door with direct access to the pool and deck area
