Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

You're a quick drive to Palm Desert's finest shopping and dining destinations, including the El Paseo Shopping District and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, both just under 5 miles away. Located just a short drive from Palm Desert's vibrant attractions, immerse yourself in upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment, or embark on a cycling adventure through nearby scenic trails. Conveniently, you're less than 5 miles from El Paseo Shopping District and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.



Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however.

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.





Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.



Interaction with Guests:

Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.
