Some important note:
*The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The registration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort.
*Beach Chairs in Panama City Beach are open and available from March 1–October 31
***IMPORTANT: From early fall until late winter (exact dates unknown), our East Side amenities (pool, lazy river, and frog pad) will be closed for towers renovations.
​Our West Side amenities—including the heated pool, hot tub, and big-basket splash pad—will remain open.
​If you choose to book or stay during this period, please be aware that no refunds or discounts will be issued for the closed amenities. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Early check-in option based on condo availability and might be possible for an additional $50 fee. Please send an inquiry about that to the host. No late checkout is available

***Please kindly do not ask for any discounts for stays less than a week. We offer our best prices available. We do not do any type of discounts for stays less than 7 days. Our discount is automatically applied for stays longer than 7 days. Thank you in advance!
