This newly remodeled beach townhome, is ready to rent. It is located just minutes west of Rosemary Beach and minutes east of Seaside. The townhome sits directly on the beach with the access at your back door.
Upstairs has a king bed master with spacious balcony overlooking the beach and the amazing Gulf of Mexico! Second floor bedroom has comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom.
When you enter the townhome you will be excited to see beautiful solid wood doors, cabinets in kitchen loaded with high end appliances (See Photos). And all the features of a complete kitchen for those special stay at home cooked meals. Next is a cozy dining area that seats six then you flow into the living area with all new furnishing including a new Queen Sleeper. You continue thru the living area to the spacious patio with Polywood dining and a bird's eye view of the Gulf. This unit is Pet Friendly so you can bring your special pets with you if you wish.
