POOL HEATING DETAILS

The pool is heated using solar energy and typically maintains the following approximate temperatures:

• 75–85° in summer
• 63–73° in fall
• 60–65° in winter
• 63–73° in spring

If you would like the pool to be heated to a warmer temperature (80–85°) during cooler months, this can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of $200 per day.
Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, as heating time may vary depending on weather conditions.

ADDITIONAL NOTE ABOUT THE PROPERTY

There are two trailers located on the property. One is occupied by a woman, and the other by a married couple. They are kind and respectful residents and do not have access to the house, backyard, or swimming pool, and they do not use guest facilities.

They live a quiet lifestyle, and guests typically do not see or interact with them during their stay.
