We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment with a stunning view in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the promenade.

“Backbord” vacation apartment on the 2nd floor with a stunning ocean view: top-of-the-line kitchen, spacious living room (with pull-out daybed) featuring hardwood floors, bedroom (double bed + guest rollaway bed) with carpeted floor; great shower room with hair dryer and washing machine, sleeps 5; living area approx. 90 sqm, large balcony with a stunning view.
You’ll enjoy your vacation. You can easily reach the apartment via the elevator and the bright, sunny atrium.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference participants, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
