Welcome to your Fenwick Island Canal-Front Retreat Designed for Making Memories! A canal-front home with a many deck and sweeping bay views from multiple outdoor spaces.
The house sits directly on the canal, offering peaceful water views and easy access. Please note: the bulkhead is being replaced and will be completed on or before 3/15/2026. Some of the home’s standout features is the fully stocked kitchen, Wine bar, kitchen dining room gathering, garage playroom, decks throughout each floor where you’ll enjoy fabulous bay views overlooking Fenwick Island. Inside, you’ll find an impressive collection of board games for all ages, a garage playroom packed with activities, and comfortable gathering spaces designed for conversation, connection, and shared experiences. Games include (and more!): Monopoly, Scrabble, Taboo, UNO, Sequence (standard and jumbo), Jenga, Dominoes, Bingo, Connect 4, puzzles, Five Second Rule (Uncensored), Murder Mystery puzzles, Rubik’s Cubes, Liar Liar, Cards, Guilty as Charged, and many more.

One of the best features of this canal-front retreat is its prime walkable location. From the house, you’re within easy walking distance to everything that makes Fenwick Island such a special vacation destination: a day at the beach, relaxing or playing at the nearby waterpark, local restaurants and casual dining, The Fenwick Island Boardwalk, several mini-golf courses for family fun, nearby rentals for jet skis, boats, bicycles, and more, adding even more adventure to your stay.

The Kitchen - Fully Equipped for Cooking and Gathering
Highlights include coffee maker and coffee grinder, Calphalon toaster oven with turbo convection, built-in microwave, J.A. Henckels knife set and cutting boards, electric blender, Ninja professional blender and waffle maker, crock pot, large pots, mixing bowls and serving pitchers, party trays, platters, cheese boards and wicker baskets, electric kettle.
Safety and essentials under kitchen sink: fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, stainless steel, cooktop, and leather cleaners provided.

Wine Bar: Wine and soda refrigerator, Ice machine, Wine, whiskey, and cocktail glassware, Ice bucket & tongs, Wine chiller, Cocktail shaker, jigger, and strainer, Extra-large ice cube trays, perfect for craft cocktails.

For families with little ones, we have supplied: baby gate for stairs, portable crib, highchair, cabinet safety locks.

4th bedroom: - 2 bunk beds / twin over twin

All beds have pillows and protective mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.

Bathrooms and laundry room are equipped with hair dryers, hand soap, guest cleaning bins, washer and dryer with detergent and softener, laundry baskets and extra supplies.

The garage doubles as an entertainment area and beach-prep hub: beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and cooler, kids’ beach chairs and toys, weber gas grill with utensils, basket and cookbooks, to have that fabulous cookout, extra refrigerator, 50” streaming TV, cornhole, Kan Jam, Spikeball, Frisbee rings, paddle ball, yard pong, football, kite, and more. (Garage camera is turned off during rental season and used only for Amazon deliveries.)
