WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

The living and dining room, which is open to kitchen, has vaulted ceilings, antler chandeliers and white-washed pine walls. The dining features a farmhouse table seating for 6-8 people. The living room space boasts a cozy open space to allow for cozy evenings spent at the lodge. Looking to catch a big game or stay connected! Our lodges feature high speed WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, Pandora, and Sling TV.

There is a $35/night pet fee PER pet which we will request separately. There is also a three-night minimum for all weekends unless otherwise specified.

Three Night Minimum for all weekends unless the booking is less than 30 days from arrival.

If we can accommodate an early arrival or late check out, there is a $50 fee, for each. The Early Arrival time is 2pm and the Late Check out time is 12pm. We, however, CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. So please do not contact us until then.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am!

We require an additional lease and rules addendum to be signed in order to rent our home.

If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.
