Finca Bonavida in Pollensa

Modern and elegant country house between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Finca Bonavida is a fully renovated and tastefully furnished holiday home with mature gardens, an exclusive pool area and large terraces.

Finca Bonavida is located halfway between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa at a short driving distance to the beautiful old town of Pollensa in an area with mostly holiday homes. The narrow cobbled alleys of Pollensa are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Bonavida has been furnished and decorated with a lot of style. Clear colours are dominating throughout and provide a pretty contrast to the dark wooden features and the traditional floor tiles. The house has a large living and dining area, both separated by a sandstone arch. The kitchen is fully furnished and offers a lot of space. The three bedrooms are on the same floor. The master bedroom has a shower bath en-suite and access to the garden. Furthermore, there are two twin bedrooms, one with shower bath en-suite, the other with separate shower bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer.

Finca Bonavida is surrounded by mature, beautifully landscaped gardens and offers a splendid pool with sundeck, terraces furnished with dining table and lounge area and a brick-built BBQ.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
