The Space:

This comfortable duplex unit is laid out on a single level and designed for easy, everyday living. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, shared outdoor amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, the space works well for couples, families, or small groups visiting Colorado Springs.



🛋️ Living Room

The living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a plush sofa that converts into a queen sleeper for extra flexibility. It includes nesting coffee tables, soft lighting, and a cozy freestanding fireplace to create a warm atmosphere. This space is designed as an easy place to relax after a day out or enjoy a movie on the 50-inch Smart TV. Baseboard heating and space heaters are provided to ensure comfort during every season, and a portable AC unit is available to keep the space cool during warmer months.



🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen features warm wood cabinetry and brand new stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher. The cabinets are labeled to help you find exactly what you need, and there is a breakfast bar with three stools by the window. We also provide a complimentary coffee station with pods and a complimentary spice rack to add everyday convenience for your meals at home.

Please note that the backyard ,fire pit, grill and hot tub are shared with the neighboring unit on the property. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
