Relax in the private hot tub, enjoy the seasonal cold plunge (spring/summer), gather by the fire, and soak in the quiet beauty of the Rockies—perfect for couples, families, and wellness escapes.
The house will be entirely yours with no in-person interaction, unless an issue arises, in which case I can stop by, if need be.
Tucked into the quiet mountain community of Divide, this home offers the perfect balance of privacy, nature, and easy access to Colorado’s most iconic outdoor experiences. The neighborhood is a peaceful, low-traffic road surrounded by towering pines, open skies, and the kind of stillness you come to the mountains for—where mornings are slow, nights are dark and star-filled, and the only background noise is the wind through the trees.
Just minutes away, you’ll find Mueller State Park, one of the area’s hidden gems, with miles of hiking and biking trails, panoramic overlooks, wildlife sightings, and year-round adventure. The property also sits within a short drive of Cripple Creek, Woodland Park, and Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, making it easy to explore historic mountain towns, gold-rush history, and unique natural landmarks.
Despite the secluded feel, Divide offers convenient access to local cafes, markets, and essentials, and you’re well positioned for day trips to Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs, and endless alpine recreation. Whether you’re here to unplug, explore, or simply enjoy the calm of the mountains, this neighborhood delivers a true Colorado retreat—quiet, scenic, and deeply grounding.
We will provide a unique code for guests to easily access the property using a smart lock.

Roads are well maintained, but weather can change quickly in the mountains—especially in winter—so a vehicle with good all-season tires or 4WD/AWD is advised during snowy months. Free parking is available on-site, making arrivals and day trips simple and stress-free.
Cell service is very limited in Divide, which is part of the peaceful mountain experience. For a smooth arrival, we suggest downloading your route and any important details ahead of time.
No parties, no loud music after 9pm.
No smoking indoors.
No drinks & food in the hot tub.
We have a positive relationship with our neighbors, and ask that you contain your volume, especially while outside. Several neighboring houses have children, so we ask for your utmost respect to keep the neighborhood comfortable, especially for the nearby families.
Trash collection is on Wednesday mornings. We would appreciate it if you put all trash in the bear-proof bins located near the beginning of the driveway.
Local Vendors & Experiences
We partner with local vendors like private chefs, masseuse's and oxygen bars that can come to the home during your stay and elevate your experience. If you're interested in taking advantage of these options, feel free to reach out!
