Hermosa casa de 3 pisos en un lote enorme ... ¡y hay trineos en la propiedad! A solo minutos de esquiar y de Santa's Village. Disfrute de las increíbles vistas mientras se relaja en el jacuzzi interior acristalado después de un día en las pistas. Esta hermosa propiedad está ubicada entre Big Bear y Lake Arrowhead para que se pueda disfrutar lo mejor de ambos mundos. ¡Está a solo 7 millas en coche de las pistas, a 3 millas de Sky Park / Santa's Village, y a solo 6 millas de la nieve! Esta casa tiene muchas comodidades de primera clase: jacuzzi, WiFi, sala de juegos con una barra personalizada de 6 asientos, 4 juegos de arcade reales (cargados con más de 100 juegos), futbolín, juegos de mesa, piano de jugador y más. Great view!

Everything was all good! Sherri made sure that our stay was a success by contacting regularly and left detailed notes at the house. The house was very cozy and even though we were a large group of people, everyone felt comfortable and had an enjoyable time. The bonus room (entertainment and spa) downstairs was a great addition.

One of the most amazing properties!

Stayed here with a large group of friends & family and it was an amazing house with beautiful views! The house itself was clean, and felt very comfortable and homey which we all loved. Sherri was very communicative and made the stay wonderful by being so accommodating and great. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

this place has it all, location, views, room to sleep, big yard with snow

the views, amazing. The yard, so big, with a great sled run if there is snow THe location, 15 minutes from snow valley and sky park hot tub and game room .. so much fun all that, and the rooms are set back from everything so you can sleep while other guests are having fun. the owner is very nice and good communication

Beautiful views!

The outside of the house is gorgeous and the view from the patio is one of a kind. My family and I had a restful weekend. Everything was as described and Sherri was very attentive and helpful. It was nice having the hot tub inside so those that didn’t want to get in could still enjoy everyone’s company.

Like staying in a castle

This castle-like, three-level home has amazing views, set amidst the pines, with plenty of comfortable beds, games for the kids, a player piano, and a spa. It looks as though it once had a watery moat around it. Our host was wonderfully kind and attentive. She has little signs about the house to let you know its quirks.

Highly recommend!!! This lovely family home just what we were looking for! Great location with a beautiful view to loose your self from the reality of daily living !!!! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable: (Bonk beds preferably only for smaller “people”). Excellent communication from the hostess herself: very resourceful! Fun game room and lots of fun activities for the kids. It was even more fun because it snowed while we were there! Easy check in and check out information.

Awesome place. Don't miss out on this one!

You know how when you plan a trip and daydream about what it is going to be like and build up all these expectations in your head? Then you get there only to be disappointed. Well, this is not that place. Everything met or exceeded my wildest imagination. This was my first time renting on Vrbo (or any other site for that matter) and I can say all future rentals will have some pretty big shoes to fill. Sherri was very pleasant to work with. Communication was top notch. The property was gorgeous. Great views all around with lots of picture taking opportunities. The ability to step out the front door and go sledding down the driveway was probably the biggest perk. I chose this property specifically because of that. We did not have to pack up the cars, drive somewhere and pay an hourly rate to have some recreational fun in the snow. You can also just take a nice long walk all around the huge outdoor area of the property. This place has a nice, big comfy couch in the living room and a pretty much fully stocked kitchen. plenty of plates, silverware, pots, pans etc. Also, the seat warmers on the toilets were a nice touch! The game room was cool. My brother and I (dudes in our 40s) probably used it the most. Lots of retro games from the 80s. to choose from. We spent a fair amount of time battling on Street Fighter 2. And of course having a spa to soak in after a day of going up and the long driveways sledding to our hearts content was a great way to end each day. Words can't describe this place enough. The pictures don't do it justice either. You have to see it to experience it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely go again. Thank you Sherri for sharing your place with us. Everyone had a great time.

Fun house, amazing property, and a lovely; responsive owner.

We booked this house (castle) for a "Rogue Nation" camping trip (separate from YMCA). We had five dads and nine kids the place was perfect for this size group. Based on how much we all spent for YMCA trips to Camp Whittle we thought we'd get more bang for our buck booking our own place... boy were we right! We stayed for three nights we really lucked out as we woke up to 7" of fresh powder and had a great day of snow play on Saturday. The property itself is great with amazing city views from the balcony. We used the far left driveway (unplowed) to make a great sledding run. Then we had a couple snow forts built and a great snow ball fight with kids up in two level tree house. The house is super cool with best features being washer / dryer, Jacuzzi, arcade, bar, and all bathrooms had bidet and heated toilet seats; can’t get this at Camp Whittle! Best part was our kids clothes were always dry. Really only thing we thought was missing was a fridge downstairs near the bar. The owner is great, super detailed, and responsive. Helpful post-it notes are left all over the house. To be fair to the owners I know most of these issues are already going to be taken care of come spring, but also need to report a few issues to give any potential renters an honest review: - Master bedroom bed was super uncomfortable (going to be replaced) springs poking me and the room was very cold. I used the heating blanket that was provided and my kids and I were fine. - The oven is really bad (we were warned in advance and also know its being replaced soon) so just needed to increase the temp and double our cooking time and all was fine. - The tower room during winter was a bit of a challenge. We had counted on this space to have a dad and son sleep in there but since it also serves as “the mud room” it was not a great option and not fair for someone splitting the cost to have their room trampled though with wet boots. We had the kids enter down near the jacuzzi to keep the tower clean. - There was also an issue with the Jacuzzi / Jacuzzi room. It leaks, the jacuzzi and the room itself. I had to top off the jacuzzi and then turn it on when I arrived so it took all day to warm up. - Last issue was overall smell of the house. When we arrived the smell was really bad and very dusty. Not a great arrival experience. We opened a lot of windows to air out. Overall we loved the house and would book again knowing the main issues will be fixed. This house has it all! THX

We had a lovely stay! There was plenty of space for our group of 15. Lots of seating, plenty to do both at the cabin and near by. We had a lot of space for our groceries in the kitchen and it was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. for us to use. Sherri was very quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns and was very communicative. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to accommodate a large group!

No Snow, But A Great Stay! Cozy & Fun Property!

My family and our friends and their kids had a great time at this property! This is a very cozy family vacation home and the host Sherri could not have been any nicer or accommodating than she was, she was great! The kids had a blast, even though they did not have any snow to sled in, but had a blast playing the video games and all the board games that are in the home. The driveway is a little tricky to navigate if you have a large vehicle like myself, but we figured it out and made it a game turning our trucks around. This property really stands out because of all the amenities that they have inside the home in comparison to other rentals, we’ve done. We did not find ourselves having to go to the store to buy toilet paper or paper towels, trash bags or utensils. It was nice because they had everything there. This is the perfect place to get if you have a large group and especially if you have children. A ton of snow came as soon as we left lol, but we had a great time. Thank you Sherri!

A snowy bachelor party

This place rocks. My crowd that I brought to the venue was primarily a group of gamers so we mainly hosted little gaming tournaments while out there. We had originally tried to plan for a hike bu had gotten snowed in by a freak snow storm. However that didn’t mean that we couldn’t have fun in the snow! It was incredible when using the sledding area and making snowmen on their outdoor deck. We also had a fun time in the jacuzzi in which the owner instructed us skillfully. Should i go again? Yes. Just please do your part in keeping the place clean and follow the rules and you’ll have a fantastic time.

Incredible Stay

I read a hundred amazing reviews of this property before booking, and I can say that every single one of them was accurate. Sherri was a perfect host, she went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and ensure that we had everything we needed. The house is incredible, there was so much to do inside and on the property that we hardly wanted to leave during our four day stay, but it's close to so many great hikes and ski and tubing parks that we had to venture out occasionally. Between the cozy rooms, the fireplaces, the arcade, the player piano, the hot tub, the stunning views from the deck...I can't recommend this place enough. I certainly hope to come back some day.

Winter Wonderland

Amazing property overall. Lots of space to play inside and outside. Super clean and organized, lots of labels that made it easy to understand how to utilize the space. We didn't need to go to a snow place we had a whole driveway to slide down, it made for lots of fun time outside. Sherri, the owner, is unbelievably sweet, very informative, and extremely helpful. You will not be disappointed when booking this cabin. We plan on coming here again and again. Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity to share your cabin and let out family create wonderful memories.

This vacation home has been in my family for over 40 years. My Dad loved it for the gorgeous views (you can see Catalina on a clear day!). It has been a labor of love... we planted over 400 trees on the property ourselves! My parents spent decades remodeling this beautiful cabin (some call it a castle :) and landscaping the surrounding property (it looks like a park). It was his dream to keep it in the family for many generations... so we've been renting it out to keep up with the expenses since he passed away. We love sharing this special home with others... and my Dad would have loved it too!

Since I was 4 years old, we traveled to the mountains every year to visit Santa's Village. And every year my Dad would stop at this property on the way and leave his business card at the home "call me if you ever want to sell it" he would say (he loved this property because of the sprawling views)! He was finally able to buy the property when I was 13... and it has been our family's pride & joy ever since! We came up every single weekend to fix up the house & plant trees... and we used to spend every Thanksgiving up here with our families (and many weekends) as we grew up and had families of our own (there are 4 children and now 8 grandchildren).
