Rancho Del Sol está ubicado en la hermosa región montañosa de Fredericksburg, Texas. El rancho se completa con aire acondicionado y calefacción central, camas cómodas, ropa de cama y almohadas, vajilla, barbacoa, televisión, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, lavadora, secadora y una gran chimenea de piedra. Las áreas de cocina, sala y comedor son grandes y espaciosas. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 10 personas. Los sofás son demasiado grandes y acogedores para dormir. El porche delantero es un gran lugar para esa taza de café de la mañana mientras está sentado en una mecedora saboreando las colinas, las vistas panorámicas y la abundante vida silvestre que incluye ciervos de cola blanca, pavo, paloma, eje, antílope de buck negro, barbecho, alce y cebra Es un SAFARI DE TEXAS de 232 acres. Ideal para practicar senderismo y ciclismo, o llevar a los niños en busca de punta de flecha cerca del estanque.

La casa de campo / casa principal tiene camas para grupos de 8 (1 cama king size, 2 camas queen y 2 camas individuales), además de 4 colchones de aire gemelos disponibles para su uso.

La cabaña (2do edificio) ubicada aproximadamente a 100 yardas de la casa principal tiene camas adicionales para 5 (cama queen, 1 sofá cama queen, 1 cama individual), con su propio baño, fregadero y mini refrigerador. No hay un cargo adicional por el uso de la cabina, pero hay un cargo adicional de $ 100 por el servicio de limpieza.

El rancho tiene una hermosa piscina privada con gruta y cascada que es perfecta para esos calurosos días de verano en Texas. Los manantiales naturales alimentan el arroyo y el estanque de pesca y están repletos de bagre y perca. ¡No te olvides de traer tu propio equipo y cebo!

La ciudad de Fredericksburg tiene buena comida, pintorescas tiendas y varias bodegas. Si eres aventurero, te sugerimos hacer una caminata por Enchanted Rock, o ver la inmersión diaria y el regreso de los murciélagos en el Área de Manejo del Viejo Túnel, o posiblemente una visita a The Wild Seed Farm. Wonderful relaxing time. The house was very comfortable. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife "show" every sunset. Communications with the owner, manager, and ranch forehand were all easy and friendly. Hope to stay there again!

Hill country paradise

Beautiful high fence ranch. Lots of white tail, fallow and axis deer. Rams, zebras, and more. House was great and the pool was perfect for our four day getaway from Houston’s august heat. We had a blast. Awesome views, sunsets and we even had a lighting show. Overall a terrific place to visit.

Overall great experience

Very thoughtful and well organized house with great experiences for little ones and older kids. Trekking in the Kubota to see all the wildlife was the highlight of the trip. Will definitely return.

Wonderful ranch for a large crowd

We had a wonderful girls weekend celebrating my friend’s upcoming wedding. The decor and setting is uniquely Texas Hill Country and the home is well-stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching all the animals.

Perfect Hill Country ranch setting

We so enjoyed being back in the Hill Country. My husband and I took our grandson on his first trip into the Hill Country. We all enjoyed the abundance of wildlife - both native and exotics. Lovely sunrises and beautiful night skys. The amenities provided everything we needed. Outside we loved the pool, the pond and exploring the ranch. We rented the ATV. There is a map of the ranch in garage. Worth checking out before you start exploring

Great, Memorable Time

Home was beautifully decorated, fully furnished with everything needed, and extremely clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the shooting range, horseshoes, fire pit. Using Kobota was so much fun. Lots of animals to see. Just a great 3 days.

Mostly Splendid

Very nice property, great views of the hill country, cozy and comfortable accommodations, and getting the chance to see the wildlife including the Zebras was really nice. The only downside to this place was the scorpions that were found inside the main house and the cabin and the huge wasps that weren’t aggressive towards us but they were pretty scary and we were led to believe the pool would be usable but it wasn’t. It wasn’t heated and the pool filter system wasn’t working so it was pretty dirty. All in all, we had a nice time!

Great home and location

The home was very clean and had all the accomodations you could need. The pool are was great and we all really enjoyed it. There were a couple small hitches, but the owners we fantastic about taking care of them. I really felt at home and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come again! Thank you!

Relaxing

My husband and I stayed here for a much needed time of rest. This home is absolutely lovely and very peaceful. We were visited each morning and evening by all of the natural wildlife. It is quiet and secluded which was great for us. The pool was a hit with us as well since it has been so extremely hot this summer. Would love to come back with family when we get the chance. The drive to town isn’t to far if you feel the need to do some shopping or sight seeing! Great place!!

Great experience

We were looking for a place to relax with our kids and grandkids. The ranch house was both roomy and comfortable. Tha swimming pool was amazing and a huge hit with the grandkids. But that was not all… Side by side available to drive the property Natural and exotic wildlife (zebra and Axis deer) Fishing pond Shooting range Just a short drive from Fredericksburg This was venue was a hit for everyone! Hope we can do it again next year.

Country living at its best

This placed fulfilled all our county living fantasies. As my kids put it as we drove through the backroads to the property, “we are out in the boonies!” We loved the peace of sitting on the porch watching wildlife and listening to birds as we took in the views of rolling hills. Renting the kubota is a must! We saw the zebra multiple times and they even came through by the front porch one night. The kids enjoyed the pool and running around the land. Freedom! The house is big, comfortable, very clean and well stocked! We’re glad we stocked up at Walmart before we arrived because we ended up not wanting to even go into Fredericksburg as planned once we arrived.

Not Quite ‘It’

Biggest problem was the electronic gate code. The gate does not work as programmed. You literally have to pull the pin then manually open the gate and then manually close it and fight the closer until you can pin it again. Needs serious work. REAL pain. Pool nice but needs cleaning. Atmosphere very far like as advertised and many animals. Probably not suited for couples but plenty so for families. We would not choose to go again because of the gate hassle

Ranch

Nice country/ranch atmosphere with deer, turkey, and even zebra, and beautiful pool. The property manager, Danny, was outstanding. The only drawbacks were the house had a really bad mice problem and the promised ATV which we were charged $70 per day was out of order. the second day the property manager let us use the owners but we were never reimbursed for the first day of not having one. Also, the grass was not mowed. With that kind of fee being charged, very disappointing. Also the VRBO host manager, Lanette Martinez, never answered any of our questions. Very poor communication from her. All she responded was demanding payment, seemed to be all she was interested in, did not answer one question. Will never deal with her again, no matter the property.

Outstanding

Rancho Del Sol is the place to go. My husband's cancer is in remission and he was given a second chance. I wanted to celebrate with a special getaway. I searched over 400 rentals in Fredericksburg. Rancho Del Sol is like opening the magazine "Cowboy and Indians" with its western décor. Your ranch foreman, Danny was exceptional. He directed me to Walmart and HEB. He is the best, he is definitely an asset to your ranch. I would wake up early and go sit out on the huge front porch facing east and watch the beautiful sunrise, reflect on my many blessings and enjoy my coffee. At night the millions of stars were beautiful. Your ranch was exceptional with the large kitchen, huge freezer, washer, dryer and watching programs from our childhood "Roy Rogers" and "The Lone Ranger", wonderful memories. Riding the John Deere "Gator" on the property was a plus. Enjoyed seeing the vast array of wildlife on your ranch. This wonderful man I married 44 years ago and had endured 24 months of surgeries, chemo and radiation had a GREAT TIME. Your ranch provided a special quality time for just the two of us and created special memories forever. We didn't want to leave. Your ranch provided an experience of a lifetime. We thank you so very much......

She first purchased the property as a private getaway but could not visit as much as she would have liked. As she shared the property with friends and family, Denise realized how much they enjoyed it. She then decided to make it available to the public to enjoy.
