LOCATION - 2.5 miles north of Main Street
HOST - There are 4 buildings on the property, a main house (La Casa) & 3 smaller structures (Casitas). In total these 4 buildings sleep up to 22 people.
SLEEPS - Up to 22 persons in 10 bedrooms; the main house (La Casa) has 3 king bedrooms & one bedroom with queen bunkbeds, each of the 3 casitas has two king bedrooms
BATH - 3 full bathrooms in the main house (2 bathrooms have a shower/tub combo & the other has a walk-in shower) while each of the casitas has 1.5 bathrooms (full bath has a walk-in shower)
KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchens with traditional coffeemakers in both the main house and the casitas
BREAKFAST - No breakfast; coffee and tea are provided
AMENITIES - Smart TVs throughout the house with ROKU (70” in the living area & 65” in the gameroom), WiFi, wood burning fireplace (wood not provided), swimming pool, hot tub, gameroom, patio with seating & gas grill, indoor & outdoor games including horseshoe pit, corn hole, dart board & poker table off street parking; the casitas each have their own fire pits and hot tubs, extra folding table available in the bunk room closet in La Casa

Things to be aware of:
- The home's television only includes free channels offered through Roku. As a result, if you want to watch live television or a program from a subscription service, you will need to bring your own log in information from home with you.
- The home has security cameras facing both the parking lot and front porch.

The pool depth ranges from 3.5 to 5.5 feet.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
