Access to three private pools (one ocean front pool), private beach and waterway access along a beautiful board walk with amazing sunsets, tennis and pickleball courts, and front porch that overlooks a lake water feature with waterway views. The back porch overlooks the tennis court and pool.
You can see the beach access from ground floor parking (parking for 2 cars) and are steps from the waterway. Water views all around!
Full kitchen for cooking and washer and dryer - everything you need to feel at home.
Downstairs Storage is stocked with beach chairs, wagon, tennis and pickleball supplies.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We love, and you will too!, all that this neighborhood has to offer from private beach and waterway access to tennis courts and a pool that you can see from the balcony. The lake water feature can be viewed from different points in the condo. Spotting the deer that live on the island is always a favorite. The ample yard space is great for the kids to play, there's room to ride bikes, walk, and you are always steps from catching sunrises or sunsets.

Starboard by the Sea is a well known community nestled in between the beach and waterway. You can take in all the island has to offer, and come back to a newly renovated condo with all the amenities you need.
