Ubicada en la hermosa playa de Seagrove, esta casa familiar de playa de 4 dormitorios con 3 baños completos y 2 medios baños es sofisticada con una decoración informal que le da el estilo de Southern Beach. Escondido en los árboles en un lote arbolado natural, puede disfrutar de las puestas de sol y la suave brisa de las grandes cubiertas en cada piso. El cuarto dormitorio está en la torre con una cómoda sala de estar. El área de piscina muy privada lo invita a refrescarse después de un día lleno de sol y diversión en nuestras playas de arena blanca como el azúcar. Una vez que te quedes en Sublime, ¡planificarás tus vacaciones en la playa allí cada año! * Los alquileres son semanales durante todo el año.. * Sábado a sábado en temporada. * Estacionamiento para 4 autos. * Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas.

Great home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family! Plenty of space for playing board games, watching movies, or reading on the porch. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool was small but fine for floating. NOT fine was our inability to use the pool for the first 48 hours because the pool hadn’t been cleaned. Management company took a “thanks for your patience” but no action approach. Purple and yellow warning flags made the Gulf alternative an unattractive alternative. What was worse was that after multiple attempts to speak with someone (not offshored CS) to get action I was told, “ management won’t talk to you.” Palm trees needed pruning as dead palm fronds (4’a5’ long) fell into the pool daily.

Great Location

Working with Benchmark was super easy and they had all the info we needed before we even asked. The property was in a great location and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The only negative to the property was that the outside shower was inoperable, other than that I highly recommend it and especially Benchmark.

My kids were obsessed with the house and the pool, they swam in that pool all 7 days! I had zero issues with the house, had enough dishes, utensils and cooking items in the home. I read description before booking to know to pack our own towels and other bathroom supplies/laundry supplies. I had one issue with the golf cart but Benchmark handled it directly with the golf cart rental company and had the issue fixed the same day! We were less than a mile from the beach so definitely walkable and it wasn’t busy at all! This house and Benchmark made our vacation incredible and I won’t hesitate to book with them again in the future.

Beach Stay September 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we were not pleased to find that the property smelled of sewage. My husband noticed that the red light for the septic tank was on and that there was sewage backing up into the yard... I called about this and it was addressed very quickly, someone came out the next day to fix this issue and once resolved, the property no longer smelled of sewage. We really enjoyed how close the beach was to the property and places to eat were easily accessible via golf-cart. However, we did notice that the golf cart was not full of gas and we had to drive and fill it up. Halfway through our vacation we noticed that the golf cart was smelling of burning oil and smoking. My husband looked into this and noticed that oil seemed to be spilling from the tank. I notified Benchmark of this and they stated they would take care of this issue. By Friday, the issue was still not taken care of and no one had even come to look at the cart. I had also called Vaycazen who stated they would come look at the cart, but never heard back from them. This was very frustrating because we booked this house with the intention of using the golf cart and were now unable for fear that the thing would catch fire... Furthermore, we had wasted money filling the cart up with gas. I was very disappointed in the level of service by both Vaycazen and Benchmark. Upon request to be compensated for the lost gas money, Benchmark refused... Despite the golf cart issue, the house was nice with lots of space to accommodate. I did find that the floors were very dirty our feet were black when walking on them (even the first day) and there was hair in the bathroom. The dining room table appeared to be missing a few chairs and we were not all able to eat meals together without some sitting at the bar and others at the table.

The location is wonderful and the pool is amazing - our 6 kids swam for hours each day. A couple of issues!

So many were broken or sticking up where toes get stumped by and a hazard for young children - even adults, who might trip and fall, could be dangerous and possible law suit :(

Reviewer Comments: This was not the house I chose in January; was placed here because AC was out on house we booked; found this out after we had already arrived but not in our rental. very small great room, one sofa and two straight chairs, no porch furniture on ground floor, driveway in a curve on a busy road. and didn't use the pool, small and looked dirty, although they came to clean it, it was stained not dirt.

Indoor furniture is worn but functional. Outside furniture really needs work. This is our second year staying at this property, and little has changed since our last stay. If you plan to actually cook during your stay I would suggest bringing a few cookware essentials...available items are really lacking. Unfortunately the lack of improvement in the property will leave us looking for a different place next year.

The home could use a few updates (dishwasher was rusted through and patio furniture was falling apart and very dirty). The furniture could also use a good cleaning and new pillows. However, there are minor. It was such a close walk to the beautiful beach and the outdoor shower was great! We definitely will be considering this property again for our next visit!

Great location and accommodation for big group with kids

Size of house is great for a group of 10 with a couple babies. Pack n play was nice to have but should be listed. Nice easy walk a few blocks to the beach. Beds need a major update, no hooks for towels throughout the house—need more in every room/bathroom. Sparse/old worn furniture outdoors pool area and indoors. Outdoor grill was pretty disgusting. The kitchenware was also sparse, no spatulas or pancake flipper, no scrubber brush to clean pots/pans, coffee maker was okay but one was broken and still stored there, all dishes, (the few they have) pots and pans—very cheap. Loved the outdoor shower, and they came to install latches at our request. Shower complained about in past reviews still had mold in corners. There are three full baths and two half baths—listing inaccurate on that. Kind of hard to reach management and always a hold when calling or no response to specific questions when writing. The dining table is not great as very hard to get clean in all cracks, and chairs don’t push in. Toilet paper holder broken in second floor. We felt there were so many things we could change or add (some quick/easy changes) to make this place easily a 5 star rental, but for now it’s a solid 4 coming from someone who has their own short term rentals. *No Bluetooth speakers in house either, but an old stereo which would be fun if there were cds or tapes to pop in there :)

Where's the beach??

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good house, but felt a very used. Needs some TLC from the owner. Terrible traffic next to house and not a good place for kids to play or ride bikes. Then going to the beach is an experience. You either get to the very small public beach to stake your claim and beat others, as well as the commercial beach chair/umbrella guys that start setting up rental chairs at 6:30am. Or you go when you want and just be satisfied with sitting back from the ocean with multiple tents in front of you. There are "private" beaches on either side and they will not let you set up your tents.

Very Disappointing!

Bad: This house is worn out, everything...beds, furniture, pool, pool furniture, kitchen.Worse: dirty (moldy) dishes in the cabinets, linens left in a bag on the front porch, BLACK MOLD in the master bathroom.Everything in this house felt dirty. We tried to contact Benchmark on several occasions, but have yet to hear back from them (sent them pictures of the issues within two hours of arrival). Disappointing considering the location of the house is fantastic. My daughter looked up the house on Zillow and saw that it had just sold a couple months prior...must have been a strategic move by the previous owners. If this place were updated I would certainly stay there again.
