The Chalet D’Amour cabin is truly very beautiful, with a charming chalet-style design that feels cozy and romantic, surrounded by nature. The wooden construction gives it a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for a special getaway.However, I would like to share an important observation for future guests and for the resort management. There was an excessive amount of dust in the bedrooms, especially on all wooden surfaces such as the beds, picture frames, door frames, and other furniture. The dust was so noticeable that sleeping and spending time inside the cabin became uncomfortable.My family and I are allergic, including my baby, and unfortunately the dust caused constant discomfort, making it difficult for us to rest properly during our stay.With a more thorough and detailed cleaning, especially of the wooden surfaces, this cabin could provide a much more comfortable and pleasant experience, as the place itself is lovely and has great potential.I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Thank you.
