The spacious front patio is the heart of this beach retreat, offering stunning ocean views - ideal for morning coffee, grilling, sunset cocktails, or simply watching the waves. Each bedroom and the living room features its own AC window unit for personalized comfort.

The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook during your stay, and we provide beach equipment so you can hit the sand right away. Enjoy the modern, updated tile shower and stay entertained with smart TVs in each bedroom plus a large screen in the living area. Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation is right here!



Guest Access:

You have full access to the home, which includes a 1-car garage. Measurements: width: 8’6”, length: 13’, height: 6’8”



The Neighborhood:

Mission Beach is the quintessential Southern California beach town. Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away).



Getting Around:

Traveling by foot, bike, skateboard or golf cart (we partner with a golf cart rental company!) is the preferred method in Mission Beach. Uber & Lyft are both readily available, and we provide a 1-car garage if you bring your own vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

This home is not pet friendly and we do not tolerate smoking or parties.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
