This beautiful, spacious, and immaculately kept 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home is located only 2.5 blocks to Stone Harbor’s pristine beaches and a short walk to its well- known shopping district. The property is an upside-down style, side by side townhouse but with a single-family home feel that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Outdoors there is a 15’ x 20’ inground, heated pool with attached spa. The first floor contains a large open foyer, four bedrooms, two full baths both with tiled showers, and a full size laundry room with sink. Also on the first floor, there is a den which contains a queen sofa bed, flat screen TV, Blu Ray player, wet bar, ice maker, and beverage refrigerator. The den also has sliding glass doors that lead out to the inground pool. The second floor features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and transom windows which give the entire area a bright and beachy feel. The well-equipped kitchen contains a Sub-Zero refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops,filtered drinking water system, and a center island with seating for two people. The dining area features a table with seating for ten. Off the dining area are sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck with a table and chairs so that you may enjoy the spectacular views of both the ocean and the sunsets over the back bay. Also on the second floor, there is a powder room and a large pantry for all of your kitchen essentials. The master suite is located on the second floor and has a walk-in closet and sliding glass doors which lead out to a private deck with seating for two and overlooks the pool area. The master bathroom features double vanities, a full-size tiled shower, and large jetted tub. In addition to the pool, the outside area features a cabana with a roll up top, large granite counter tops, full size refrigerator, sink, ice maker, cabinetry and flat screen TV that is viewable from the entire pool area. There is a storage closet that contains beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, and pool toys for your use. The outside pool area also has a Weber gas grill, dining table with seating for 6, lounge chairs for sunbathing poolside on those beautiful sunny days and a spacious outside shower. There is off-street parking for 3 vehicles. This home is located just 7 short blocks to Stone Harbor’s famous shopping district which includes clothing boutiques, home décor shops, restaurants, entertainment, mini-golf, souvenir shops, and the well- known Springer’s ice cream! It is also located 7 blocks from the Stone Harbor recreation center, 10 blocks from the Windrift and Icona, and 1 block from the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. Sorry, no pets.
