Walk right out the side door and you’re at the lake — no road to cross, no long walk, just direct access to a private beach area, covered outdoor seating, and your own dock on one of the most beautiful lakes in northern Michigan.
Whether you’re here for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, fall color tours, or simply relaxing by the water with family and friends, Agua Bella is the perfect home base.
The Home
Agua Bella offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably.
Sleeping arrangements:
Primary bedroom: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
There is also a pull-out couch available if needed, though it is best used for extra flexibility rather than as a primary sleeping space.

Additional notes:
The indoor fireplace may be used in the off-season. Wood is provided for both indoor and outdoor fires. Please use care and be responsible, especially near the rug.
When using the mini split AC units, please keep doors and windows closed.
The property is plowed for winter guest arrivals.
