Beautiful 2-bedroom bungalow style home in Italian Village
The Bungalow House is a beautifully renovated, warm, and inviting 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home in the heart of Italian Village. It's just a few block walk to the Short North and a quick walk/ride/drive to the Convention Center, the North Market, Downtown, OSU, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, hospitals, and much more. Why live in an apartment when you can have your home with lots of charm!
The home features beautiful hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms as well as slate tile in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge), washer and dryer, and concrete countertops. The home also features a newer roof and A/C, making it very efficient.
The spacious fenced back yard has plenty of room for entertaining and there is a dedicated parking space behind the house as well as a permitted space available on the street.
We are most interested in mid to longer term rentals (one month-12 months+) and willing to provide special rates to longer term guests! So, please do not hesitate to reach out if you are interested.

I most enjoy how walkable the neighborhood is! There are so many great restaurants, shops, and galleries within a short walk or drive and it's a vibrant area with lots of people yet urban quiet.
