Welcome to your elevated mountain getaway. This bright, upper-level home combines modern comforts with a cozy, eclectic design and private wraparound porches. Every corner of this home is designed to showcase the incredible views of the Front Range.

The living room is a true "comfort zone" featuring a tan sofa and a 55" Smart TV mounted above a white stone fireplace. High ceilings and large windows frame breathtaking mountain views and flood the space with natural light. The room is styled with unique touches, including a "Colorado is my Vibe" neon sign and a record player with a curated selection of vinyl.

The two upper-level decks are completely private for your exclusive use. The large backyard with the fire pit and grill is shared with the guests in the lower-level unit.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. This unit is on the top floor and is accessed via exterior front stairs.

This property is an older, roomy home. However, it is clear that the host has expended effort and expense to provide a clean and comfortable stay. Communication and check-in in was excellent. The house is located on a somewhat active street, and the first impression could use a little facelift with some stone work and deck refinishing.
