With two bathrooms, mornings are easy and hassle-free. The home stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC, making every stay enjoyable. Guests will also find thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer to make packing light a breeze. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this perfect retreat invites you to unwind and recharge. Experience what the Rainbow river has to offer with a stay at our house. Love this house, definitely old Florida vibes which is nostalgic for me. Well equipped pool home on rainbow river is exactly what i was looking for. Planning to rebook next year for sure!

This property is steps away from the beautiful Rainbow River. We grabbed the kayaks, that are provided by the owner, in the back yard and were enjoying the river within minutes of check in. We saw so many birds and other wildlife. It was serene and spectacular. We were able to paddle to Swampy’s on our second day and have a delicious lunch. The house is spacious and fairly clean but does need a some care.

The property is a good size for a larger family. Plenty of kayaks and a very large patio with a pool. It is conveniently located & only about a 10 minute drive to the state park entrance for tubing. You can kayak right from the back yard or paddle or walk over to the river beach which also had a park for the kids! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The down side is that the home is very dated which lead to not enough lights, broken cabinets and refrigerator shelves. The pool is not a salt pool so the chlorine is super strong which actually caused some skin irritation on many of us. With a little TLC it could be a 10/10 but for these reasons I would rate it 7/10.

We had a wonderful time. There is a small Beach right across the river and the host provides kayaks for you to get there we had a blast kayaking every morning and evening. Do not swim unless it's a designated area there are alligators and they are right there. Pool was great and such a nice extra. Host was wonderful always answering any questions we had and very nice. My only recommendations are to put TVs in the bedrooms and make sure they work before people stay we had a note that the master TV was out (only bedroom with Tv) but luckily we were able to fix the issue ourselves. And to get a good cleaning on the pool patio. Maybe pressure wash it. All and all this is a wonderful house and a great host absolutely worth it and recommend staying great experience and fun.

This place was great, exactly what we needed and exactly as described. The home was clean, well stocked and comfortable. There was a very charming old school vibe to the home along with a wonderful selection of 90s books/ novels to read while we were there. The view from the yard was beautiful and we enjoyed kayaking right from the yard. The neighbors we encountered were also super nice and even brought over some food to feed the fish in hopes my son would have good luck fishing off the dock. Over all a wonderful stay.

The place is dated. It could use a up grade. The pool cleaner ran all the time so if you were in pool it was in the way. I didn’t like that it was hard to launch a kayak from the dock. There is a gator that hangs out at the dock. It needs a kayak launch so it would be easier to get in the water. The place is at the end of the rainbow so you paddle up stream on the rainbow. Place was clean and had everything you need in kitchen. It does have kayaks but most on them don’t have seats in them. We brought our own to use. It was nice sitting out at the pool and enjoying the view. Close to Swampy’s and town.

This is a large spacious beautiful home with a lovely dock right on the rainbow river. The wildlife and fish were bountiful. All of the amenities needed were provided along with games, books to read, and TV's or entertainment. Along with the spacious beautifully decorated home came a nice sized pool to relax and cool off from the summer heat. We highly recommend this VRBO as a vacation rental.
