Downstairs:
Step into a beautiful entry that opens to a cozy seating area, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The dining area features a table for 8 plus 4 barstools at the kitchen island. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group, complete with complimentary Nespresso pods, coffee grounds, and tea. Small appliances include: toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker, blender, hand mixer, tea kettle, coffee pot, Nespresso machine and milk frother.

Relax in the living area with a large sectional sofa and 85” TV, or gather for fun in the game room with a shuffleboard and selection of games. A half bath is also located on this level. For families, a baby gate is provided and a high chair can be made available upon request.

Upstairs:
The second floor includes all 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/bathtub—perfect for little ones. The primary and twin bedrooms both include desks, making it easy to catch up on work if needed. Every bedroom is outfitted with full-length mirrors, towel hooks, luggage racks, sound machines, and bedside phone charging access. Other amenities include: a pack n play, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, extra toothbrushes, desk speakers, small portable fan and heater.

Outside:
Outside you’ll find plenty of places to relax. A white picket fence welcomes you to the large front porch, complete with patio furniture and Adirondack chairs.

In the backyard, you’ll find a spacious deck, wine barrel tables, and a gas fire pit. This is our favorite area for hosting a get-together!

There is plenty of parking in front of the house. Or, you can choose to park in the garage/driveway located on the side of the house.

Please note that stairs are required to enter the home and there are no bedrooms on the first story.
