This was a perfect property for our family of 8 which consists of three separate groups. Conveniently located to restaurants and other entertainment and right on the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Location Can't Be Beat

Stayed at this property for a week in the fall (4 adults, 4 kids ages 0-7) and loved every minute of it. The location really cannot be beat: beachfront, first floor, grassy lawn out front for our kids to play on while we sipped coffee in the mornings. It's a great unit with plenty of sleeping space for adults and kids. We had no issues with the property but still had lots of good communication with the managers. I would absolutely stay here again!

October 2018 Stay

We had a fabulous time at Adagio for fall break. C-102 was perfect - right on the beach, kids could run and play int he yard and the pool also just steps away. The condo was very well stocked with all the kitchen essentials which was perfect as we like to cook the local seafood. :-) We will book at Adagio again in the future for sure.

Great Place and good location

We rented two Condos at Adagio on the ground floor beach side. Both places were furnished well and we enjoyed our stay. Would encourage owners to have better bedding and pillows. Had trouble getting a response about a few issues. A lot of messages back and forth. Never saw a maintenance person. We loved both our places but would have liked to have had property management address a few minor issues.

Spring Break

Great stay. Had some issues with Freezer and washing machine not working properly but we’re given temporary replacements promptly. Front large burner didn’t work for the entire stay and was told they couldn’t repair it until the following week (after our stay) so that was a little bit of a hassle but not a big deal. Ground level was perfect. Walk-in and out with a beautiful view was perfect for us and the kids. It was Spring Break week but we had zero noise issues. The walls in between each until we’re pretty much sound proof which was fantastic. Condo was very clean as well. Overall extremely pleased and would stay in this unit again.

We love adagio! The unit was very convenient but for the amount of money this costs, the furniture definitely needs to be upgraded. Also we were disappointed in the patio furniture. The view is so beautiful we wanted to sit outside but the furniture is so uncomfortable. We will def be coming back to adagio but this condo needs to make some upgrades for us to come back to it.

360 Blue Poor Customer Service

Extremely hard to make contact with 360 Blue customer service. Had kitchen sink back up and they were attentive but when it happens again 1 day later they never responded to my calls or emails. Had to call the actual property office and they had someone come fix the issue. Was not pleasant having a plumber in the kitchen for hours.

Great location. Unit in need a attention.

Rental process was very easy. Location is one of the best on 30A. We have stayed at the Adagio for about 10 years for our annual girls trip. This is the first condo we rental that was not clean. Furnishings are well loved. Carpet and rugs were filthy. Maintenance did come replace the shower curtains in two of the bathroom and unclog tub drain. Master shower and jacuzzi tub had mildew and were nasty. We will not rent this unit again.

September 2019 Stay

After 2 fabulous vacations at Adagio in well equipped, clean & beautifully appointed units, our stay in C-102 was extremely disappointing. The unit was dirty, the dryer didn’t work (no heat) & the washing machine broke down. After 2 full days with no washing machine, a loaner was delivered around 9pm at the end of the 2nd day. The gentleman who brought the loaner was, for some reason, not able to take the broken washer with him so it sat in the hallway for the remainder of our trip. (Pic above.) Turns out the replacement didn’t work well either & we had to wring our clothes out. Someone did come to service the dryer, but we never had consistent heat & our clothes took as many as 3-4 70 minute cycles to dry. As if all of this wasn’t enough, the dishwasher was not properly installed & would practically fall out of the cabinet when opened. The kitchen faucet dripped constantly. The sink in the front room didn’t drain & the mattress in the front room is absolutely horrible. For the $ spent I am very disappointed.

November 2018 Stay

We traveled from 15 hours away and got to the property earlier than expected. The renter graciously allowed us in a few hours early, which we very much appreciated after our long travel. We rented a ground property which was perfect for our large group. We were steps away from the stairs to the beach and had a nice lawn area to spread out and enjoy the sunny outdoors. Since we vacationed during Thanksgiving, the kitchen offered all the amenities we needed to prepare a meal. A few of the appliances needed updating in that our dishwasher was out of service and the washer / dryer did not work well. Opening the sliding glass doors and enjoying the ocean view, along with indoor-outdoor living space was amazing. The beach was breathtaking. We rented paddle boards and bikes to add a little adventure to our trip.

Labor Day Vaca

This is our third time staying at this beautiful facility. Have a house full of little beach and pool lovers the first floor always makes for a great time. I can't wait to stay again for Labor Day 2018!

Enjoyed the stay and beach. Would like to see beach chairs included in the rental. Condo nice but decorations need updating and had issues with the Oven not working. Service to correct was very fast and prompt. Grounds well kept and clean and safe. Had problem with outside Grill not lighting and just had to go to another Grill. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

June 2017 Stay

Annual family vacation to Adagio . We love the first floor and especially greAt for our twin 2 year olds . Unfortunately the people who stayed before us really left condo in a mess so our check in was delayed . Evidently cleaning crew pressed for time and did not do a good job . The good news is we called and they sent new crew in to finish . DishwAsher was broken but they replaced and the other issues but 360 blue did respond in all instances . After a bumpy start we had a wonderful time . The condo is the best location and size for large families . The king size room holds two pack n plays so perfect for twins . My favorite memory of the units is the cheerful decor in the bedrooms but all the rooms are white bedding which was a surprise since different from pic . We did spend a lot of money on ice , so would be awesome to improver ice maker or get individual . I see some places now have bag ice machines in parking garage . May be an idea to suggest . We left the unit better than we found it and All the repa

9 of us came for spring break. It was beautiful. The condo was more than I expected very big and beautiful. The location is great and the kids enjoyed the pools, bikes and ice cream as well as the beautiful beach.

September 2016 Stay

We loved the unit. Close to beach, close to pool and the grandkids loved the grassy area to play. Best condo we've ever stayed in. Great for large families. We will be back.

July 2016 Stay

Amazing!! We have been coming to destin with our families for 25 years. We decided to shift a little east this year to Santa Rosa, per suggestion from a fabulous 360 blue agent, and we are hooked! We shared 2 condos at adagio for 19 people and it was absolutely perfect. We loved biking to seaside,running along 30a, paddleboarding, swimming at the pools, and just relaxing on our patio and at the beach. The condo was beautiful! The beach was a little crowded as it is narrower here than in destin, and a lot of people share the space, but the crowd was friendly and wonderful so no issues at all really!
