House was very nice. Clean when we arrived. Nice it's a little out of the town to get away, but close enough to get to everything with a short drive.

Get away to Estes Park

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very conveniently located to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park while also being quiet and away from the crowds. There was a small issue with the kitchen sink but it Sarah (property manager) responded right away and it was fixed within 1 hour of our reporting it! The cabin is comfortable and has all you need for an enjoyable stay at Estes Park!

This cabin is spacious and gorgeous. The property managers were attentive and right there if we needed anything. All necessities were provided, as well as some extra amenities. The location is perfect for a stay in Estes Park. We loved spending time just sitting on the deck and taking in the mountains. Five stars!

Beautiful views

The home was nice, however the carpet was terrible, the fireplace didn’t work, the furniture was very uncomfortable and the neighbors were terribly loud during our stay. The home was stocked like a hotel room with no attention to detail. You are paying for the views and location that’s for sure.

I normally do not complain, but I feel compelled to do so this time. The Cabins location and size was very suitable for our group but also came with many issues that need addressed. The cleanliness of the cabin on the upper deck and lower entrance were of the cabin were filthy. Window blinds were broken. Pull out sofa frame was broken. Coffee pot was broken. The grill on the deck was disgusting and we did not use due to its condition.

Perfect Place for our RMNP Trip!

As a VRBO property manager myself, my standards are pretty high. This beautiful cabin met or exceeded all my expectations (with the minor exception that there are no hairdryers). The location proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park couldn't be more convenient. We saw deer and heard elk bugling just outside our yard. Amenities were plentiful. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds and other furniture. We especially enjoyed the large second floor porch just off the kitchen. I would enthusiastically recommend this great cabin to anyone, and I'd definitely stay here again!

Great place

Cabin was great.....very clean. Upstairs has one bedroom with ensuite and a second bedroom and another full bath ( not ensuite). Downstairs has bedroom and full bath. Lots of towels and beds were comfortable. Two living areas and great second floor porch area. We did not plan to cook much which was good as kitchen not very well stocked. We only needed a blender for smoothies and kettle for tea, and neither was available. Would be nice to have instructions for TV use....we could not get either to work.

The best part about this rental is it’s proximity to RMNP! So close. Cabin was great. Had trouble with the lock when we arrived and the cable was out on both TV’s. The cable was not a problem during the day but at night we really wished we could have watched movies with our teenage kids. That was a bummer. Rental company was very attentive and sent someone out, he couldn’t fix the problem. Which was too bad.

Nice cabin. Perfect location. Price can’t be beat. Might need a fan in summer

This cabin was clean, well-maintained and in a perfect location. It’s a little older but in great shape and can’t be beat for the price. My only complaint was no AC and the provided box fans were broken. I know AC isn’t that common in Estes Park but I come from sweltering heat and have become accustomed to it. I need my AC in July! Fortunately I was able to head into town and buy a couple of fans to prop in the window at night. Although to be fair, the temps did drop considerably after sundown and it was quite comfortable. Great little cabin for the price. Just might need a fan in the heat of summer.

Girls Elk Get-Away

The property was very presentable, a bit hard to find. Not much of a view, but easy to get around the area from the house. Any problems we noticed, we reported to the manager/maintenance. The problems were not so major and the repairs were to be done after we left. The sleeping couch mattress in the downstairs was awful. There may have been more pull-out couches upstairs but did not check them. Could be rated for more than 7 persons if the couch bed mattresses were in better shape. If you are interested in the problems or seeing the house from a renter's view, please let me know.

Great gateway to the Rockies

Our group of four women spent a week in Estes Park to hike in the RMNP and stayed at this property. Check in was very easy and we even got a text while killing time in town that our unit was ready early. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Plenty of towels and blankets and a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck in the evenings and had dinner outside almost every night. The only problem we noticed was that the Wi-Fi really didn’t work at all. We weren’t concerned about this but, if you plan to do a little work while staying it may be a problem. I did let the management know upon check out so perhaps they’ll address it. It wasn’t important to us so we didn’t have it looked into when we were there. The house is very convenient to town and to a very well stocked little local grocery. Only 10-15 min from the entrance to RMNP.

Clean and well kept. Main bathroom drain was plugged but fixed in adequate time. Cleaning fee is high, especially since we were asked to get several things ready for the cleaners to make their job easier.

Cabin near Rocky Mt NP

Property was clean. Great location between Estes and RMNP. Suggest hooks on the bathroom door or somewhere on wall where clothes could hang or wet towels. Although I asked Vacasa contact (who was not all that friendly or could not give any additional info other than what was written on the website) about paper towels, TP etc, she stated there was a starter set of "stuff." I ended up purchasing both of these items when they really were not needed. I left the supply there for the next renters. The listing did not describe one bedroom being on the first floor. The doors are not so easy to close. there was instruction written next to door describing how it should be closed. Checking in - the box that held the key was "jammed" and we could not access the key initially. I called the number for vacasa but of course nobody answered. There SHOULD BE A LOCAL NUMBER TO CALL UPON ARRIVAL FOR ANY IMMEDIATE CONCERS! After working with it, we finally did get it open to obtain the key. I have used VRBO many times and had very good experience. This experience from communication perspective was HORRIFIC. I emailed 3 times prior to arrival and to date have not received a response. Working with Vacasa is HORRIBLE. Waiting online for someone to answer was beyond frustrating. They seem to have no acccountability. I suppose I'm used to the more friendlier contact with the owners of the property who are always available for their renters. I will NEVER use a property that is managed by Vacasa again.

Friends Reunion

Overall a good experience for 3 couples. Problems: Only 3 kitchen table chairs; not enough forks or glasses; not sure dishwasher was working correctly; no Kleenex or hot pads; dishes for about 5 people, not 6-8 people. We were given the wrong house # and had to call management.

Great Vacation Home

I have stayed at several properties in Estes Park over the years and this one by far was the best. The house is very spacious and clean. The covered deck was a plus because when we were there it was hot and a bit rainy but we were still able to sit outside. Its prime location next to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance was also what made me choose it. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious

This cabin suited all of our needs! Great space and super clean! Just wish it didn't have neighbors so close but other than that it was a great place to be!
