Great place and reasonably priced for Splash. Wait was long for the elevator on Saturday arrival, but guests at the resort were so friendly, kind, and helpful. The walk to the beach from the condo was relatively short and likely the shortest in the entire area.

The unit was clean and nice with a great beach front view. Getting down to the beach and pool was easy and quick. We were very comfortable staying here. Nice place to stay!

We had such a great stay here! The condo was very clean, family-friendly, and the location right on the beach was perfect. The view was beautiful, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and the on site water park.Everything was comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced, which made the trip even better. The only things we noticed missing were a Keurig (there is a regular coffee maker so not a necessity) and a blow dryer(bring your own, I did not ), but honestly it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We would definitely stay here again and still give it 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay! The kids had a blast, we enjoyed having the option to eat on site. We enjoyed all the amenities and different options for pool areas. It was a perfect stay!

10th anniversary vacation

This was our 10th trip to PCB and first time at splash. It was the best place we’ve stayed and will definitely be back. Location, cleanliness, beach access and amenities were all great!

Very nice!

The unit is very roomy and fully equipped. Beds were comfy and the view was amazing! We only had 3 people but the unit had plenty of room to hold many more comfortably. Communication with the property manager was always quick and easy.

Panama City Beach Summer 2025

This place has the best of everything. My husband and I vacationed with our daughter and 2 of our granddaughters ages 3&4. This is our second trip to Splash. Ideal set up with two king beds and then bunk beds for the girls. Privacy for everyone and great view in a very roomy condo.

Family vacation

We loved this unit! It has everything you need for a week at the beach including sand toys and floats for the kids. We had plenty of room and had an amazing week here.

Great stay!

We stayed 7 days at this property and we loved it! Splash resort is fantastic with great amenities. The condo was exactly as pictured and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials plus extra. The beds and pillows were comfy and there was plenty of towels and washcloths for my family and I. The owner had great communication and responded quickly to my questions prior to booking and during our stay. We can’t wait to stay again!

We loved the location of this unit. It was clean and spacious. We had more room than we actually even needed! This is our 2nd time staying at Splash, and will definitely book this unit again in the future.

Great Place!

Overall the location is awesome. So many amenities and things to do and explore around the buildings and city! The view is beautiful. We had everything we needed in the condo. The elevators were cumbersome trying to get to the room as we only found two for the building, but love how everything was easy to navigate. I forgot the time change from where we live and the manager was great at communicating! There was a dehumidifier in the hall bathroom that helped with the humidity in the smaller rooms. There were beach things to use and plenty of clean towels for us to use! Definitely a great beach place for family with kids!

Perfect little gem!

AJ was a great host! I got all the check in information the morning of our stay. It was clear and thorough. We got our wrist bands, parking pass and used the code to get in the condo immediately. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for me, my husband and our 4 kids. I cook a lot during our vacations so it was nice to have everything I needed to cook meals. The balcony overlooking the ocean was beautiful! The kids had a blast at the pools, lazy river and splash area. I love the walk on access to the beach and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! We had an amazing trip and will definitely return!

Beautiful unit

Beautiful property! My sister and I brought our families and the unit was perfect! The kids loved the pools and the adults loved having the beach chairs with umbrellas. We brought a pop up to have on the beach, but didn’t even use it! The elevators were ridiculous, especially on check in/out days, but we had read other reviews and were prepared to wait. I would highly recommend this unit for people with young or school age children.
