Convenient Blinking Light Crosswalk for easy beach access. Just park right in front of the unit and walk up the steps. No elevators, on quiet west end of PCB. just 5 minutes to Pier Park. Nice sand washing station to rinse of salt and sand from the beach right in front. About 2 Minute Walk To The Beach., access #72. Quiet guest swimming pool with lounging area. Clean, roomy and comfortable for 6 guests in nice family friend neighborhood.

Southwind, on Front Beach Rd, (no elevator) across from the beach. Beautiful views. Steps from the beach access, No worries finding a parking spot, walk from front door to beach! Resort has pickleball court, horseshoe Pitt, putting green, covered picnic area and charcoal grills! Please be aware guests must provide their own equipment for these items. Location is perfect for local restaurants around the corner and Pier Park is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, pier fishing, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Frank Brown Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, WonderWorks, all of our local miniature Golf Parks & go karts tracks are not to be missed. Scuba diving offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, deep sea fishing or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby at the Conservation Park. Always something to do and somethings worth doing twice.

As mentioned, Southwind is conveniently located near the new 900,000 square foot Pier Park Shopping Village. Pier Park features fantastic restaurants and great shopping.
