*To the West of Regatta there is a lot where two, two story homes will be built. One house is underway and does not impact the beach view. As of April- the second home has not been started as yet*
This third floor 4 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the ideal spot for a family retreat or couples getaway. The tropical-themed master suite has a king-size bed, double vanity, and separate washroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second guest room, with its bright floral bedspread, has a king-size bed, ample closet space, and flat-screen television. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size and a comfy, wicker rocker. The full-size hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo, perfect for an evening soak. This unit's unique floor plan includes a spiral staircase leading up to an open loft area equipped with a full-size bed, closet and flat-screen television. A fully stock, open kitchen looks out into the combined dining and living room area. With two large sofas, two recliners, and a wall-mounted television, it's the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. Have a snack at the three-person breakfast bar, dine at the four-person dining room table, and enjoy a nightcap on your furnished, private balcony.
Set the coffee pot early so as not to miss a moment of our glorious, warm Alabama sun. Put on your swimsuit, grab a towel and head down to our unrivaled white sand beaches. Feel free to take a swim in our community pool before heading down to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Forgot your beach chairs? No worries! You'll find a beachside rental company with chairs and umbrellas just waiting for your arrival. When you've soaked up as much sun as you can handle and washed your sandy toes off in one of our outdoor showers, why not use one of our poolside grills to whip up an afternoon BBQ or grill some of our famous Gulf seafood? After you grab the elevator back up to your unit to enjoy one of our breathtaking sunsets, don't forget to put those wet beach towels in the washer/dryer located next to the guest bath so they'll be fresh and ready for your next trip down to the beach!
Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. Join us in continuing sustainable travel practices and protecting the beaches, marine life and wildlife by removing beach gear no later than one hour after sunset each day. 1 pet is the max per unit and must be included in your reservation at booking. Bringing more than 1 pet-you risk the chance of being evicted and will lose all funds. Cats are not allowed at the Regatta complex. Non refundable pet fee: $200.00
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
