Ubicación impresionante

Apartamento muy bien ubicado ya que se encuentra entre dos líneas de metro, la 7 y la 11. Tiene varios supermercados cerca y un jardín con lago impresionante que a más de una ciudad ya le gustaría tener. Apartamento muy bien equipado y acogedor. Dispone de plaza de parking privada gratuita. Propietario muy atento y servicial en todo momento

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar. Liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem, was benötigt wird. Sehr sauber und gepflegt inklusive praktischem Tiefgaragenplatz. Gastgeber informiert vor Anreise sehr professionell, so dass die Keybox und der Zutritt zum Gebäude sehr einfach zu bewältigen waren. Wohnung im vierten Stock mit Aufzug. Gemütlicher Balkon, den wir im Dezember nicht benutzt haben, aber in den Sommermonaten ist das sicherlich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Viertel ist sehr sauber und sicher und man findet für den täglichen Gebrauch alles um die Ecke. Zwei Metrostationen fußläufig in Kürze erreichbar. Fotos des Gastgebers zur Wohnung entsprechen der Realität. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed at this charming apartment for three days while visiting Paris. Though it’s not located in the middle of the city near all of the attractions, it is nestled into a safe, quiet, neighborhood which is not too far from the “must see” attractions. It is extremely clean offering many amenities (laundry, shampoos, soaps, toiletries etc, that you feel as though you’re in a high quality hotel. Most importantly, the owner has great communication regarding check in, check out, how to use things in the apartment and frequently check ins as to how things were going. We greatly appreciated that. Thank you. We will stay with you again hopefully. Laura Kasperek-USA

A beautiful and very quiet apartment in a neighborhood full of shops and cafes with a scenic park nearby. We especially enjoyed the local wine shop and the chocolatier. It was a short Metro ride into central Paris. Chris kept in close contact with us to make sure things were going well. We would gladly stay there again.

We just returned from a magical week in Paris and much of what made it special was our comfortable stay in Chris' beautiful apartment! His place is in a peaceful residential neighborhood within walking distance of an amazing park, cozy cafes, shops & metro stations. There is even a great little ice cream shop a few doors down! The photos posted are accurate. The apartment had everything you could possibly need: lux linens, comfortable pillows, amazing full-window blinds operated by a simple Alexa command, coffee, tea and toiletries! The shower is huge and if your stay is more than a couple of days, Chris allows use of his washer and drier; a lifesaver for us as we were on a 3-week trip, traveling just with backpacks. Our daughter was quite comfortable on the large pull-out sofa, and we had more than enough room to relax whether outside on the plant-filled balconies or inside where flatscreen tv, books, etc were available. It was quite easy to access Netflix while there (though we only watched it one night because who watches tv when you have Paris spread out before you?). Our host was in constant contact with us, always making sure we were comfortable in the apartment and enjoying our stay! Do not be discouraged by the plain, artless exterior and dark hallways - upon opening the door into his space, you experience perfection. We highly recommend Chris' space & would welcome him anytime if he ever visits our home state of Oregon.

Perfect Stay

Chris is great host who made us feel very welcome in his flat. It accommodated our family of 4 adults just fine. Jourdain Village is local with friendly cafes, bakeries, metro locations and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect place to escape to the crowds in downtown Paris. My wife is already planning a return trip with her girlfriends.

The space was perfect for our stay in Paris. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and it was just over a five minute walk to the Jordain metro station, making it very easy to get around. The Buttes-Chaumont park is just up the block and is a beautiful place to take a walk or have a picnic. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept well on the pull out couch. The host, Chris, made it easy to get in to the space and checked up on us daily to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Wonderful apartment away from touristy spots

Easily reached by the metro, but calm and peaceful. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful community park nearby, and picked up groceries down the street (bakery, breadery, wine, produce, seafood…). The apartment is stylish and very clean. Chris is a great communicator! We would stay there again upon return to Paris.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our one-week-stay in Paris very much. The appartment was really comfortable, furnished tastefully and well equipped. We appreciated the tranquility outside of town as a contrast to the hustle and bustle in the center. Only a short walk away there are countless restaurants, little shops, supermarkets, bars and everything you need. The parking garage is a plus. Chris is a very engaged and approachable host.

Great location, super host

We stayed in Chris's apartment for a week with the whole family (4 people). It's very well located, right next to the beautiful Parc des Butters-Chaumont with excellent metro access. The apartment was very clean and has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. Since we arrived by car, the free parking space in the underground garage was very valuable. The three-part balcony is great.Chris is very nice and communicative, and the interaction was very pleasant and helpful.If we go to Paris again, I would gladly stay there again!

Everything excellent

We wanted a property in the 19th by the Buttes Chaumont (great area away from tourists with restaurants and boutiques) and we could not have been happier. Excellent and continued communication and the apartment is exactly as it shows on the pictures. It’s clean, comfortable and very bright, extremely functional. The balcony is a big plus. Would come back wholeheartedly.

Paris!

Chris was a great & personable host. My Son & I enjoyed staying at his place for our 1st time in Paris. It was close to the Metro line which got us all over the city. A big beautiful park was right down the street and a cute little pub right down the street too!

Lovely flat to explore Paris

Lovely flat, as shown in the photos with a nice balcony. Great location for exploring Paris. Situated near to a large park and several shops and cafes within walking distance. Also a short walk to two metro stops so you can easily get into central Paris. Chris was a fantastic host and provided an easy check in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot

We loved our stay here, such a great place. It was modern, clean, spacious, had a great balcony and had many many extras that made this stay a pleasure. Secure easy access, and communication was amazing with nothing being a problem. The area was great being a short walk to many restaurants, shops and within easy walk to two Metro stations. Highly recommend.

Great location, even better host

Great location between 3 train stations. Nice main bed with a soft pull out in the main room. Very good communication from Chris. Nice to have a washer and dryer as well!

Convenient, comfy, with an incredibly attentive host!

My wife and two daughters stayed for four nights and had a wonderful time! Chris was an incredibly attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He explained everything clearly when we arrived and even checked in a couple times to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is in great location around the corner from a beautiful park, a supermarket, and a metro stop. The area is quiet and NOT mobbed by tourists like some of the spots around Paris in the summer. It was well stocked with ample supplies and everything we needed to cook and live as we would at home. The pull out bed had the nicest mattress of any pullout I’ve seen and our girls slept very well. The shower was excellent and there is even laundry in the bathroom. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Overall a wonderful launchpad for a Paris adventure and we will stay there again when we return to town!

Cozy appartment in a nice neighborhood

We had a pleasant stay in the appartment. Good sofa bed. Very nice communication with the host. It was nice to stay in a not so crowded area but it was still close to the main sights.
