A beautiful and very quiet apartment in a neighborhood full of shops and cafes with a scenic park nearby. We especially enjoyed the local wine shop and the chocolatier. It was a short Metro ride into central Paris. Chris kept in close contact with us to make sure things were going well. We would gladly stay there again.

Perfect Stay

Chris is great host who made us feel very welcome in his flat. It accommodated our family of 4 adults just fine. Jourdain Village is local with friendly cafes, bakeries, metro locations and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect place to escape to the crowds in downtown Paris. My wife is already planning a return trip with her girlfriends.

We stayed at this charming apartment for three days while visiting Paris. Though it’s not located in the middle of the city near all of the attractions, it is nestled into a safe, quiet, neighborhood which is not too far from the “must see” attractions. It is extremely clean offering many amenities (laundry, shampoos, soaps, toiletries etc, that you feel as though you’re in a high quality hotel. Most importantly, the owner has great communication regarding check in, check out, how to use things in the apartment and frequently check ins as to how things were going. Wonderful apartment away from touristy spots

Easily reached by the metro, but calm and peaceful. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful community park nearby, and picked up groceries down the street (bakery, breadery, wine, produce, seafood…). The apartment is stylish and very clean. Chris is a great communicator! We would stay there again upon return to Paris.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our one-week-stay in Paris very much. The appartment was really comfortable, furnished tastefully and well equipped. We appreciated the tranquility outside of town as a contrast to the hustle and bustle in the center. Only a short walk away there are countless restaurants, little shops, supermarkets, bars and everything you need. The parking garage is a plus. Chris is a very engaged and approachable host.

Chris was a great & personable host. My Son & I enjoyed staying at his place for our 1st time in Paris. It was close to the Metro line which got us all over the city. A big beautiful park was right down the street and a cute little pub right down the street too!

The space was perfect for our stay in Paris. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and it was just over a five minute walk to the Jordain metro station, making it very easy to get around. The Buttes-Chaumont park is just up the block and is a beautiful place to take a walk or have a picnic. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept well on the pull out couch. The host, Chris, made it easy to get in to the space and checked up on us daily to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Everything excellent

We wanted a property in the 19th by the Buttes Chaumont (great area away from tourists with restaurants and boutiques) and we could not have been happier. Excellent and continued communication and the apartment is exactly as it shows on the pictures. It’s clean, comfortable and very bright, extremely functional. The balcony is a big plus. Would come back wholeheartedly.

So close to metro stop, dining, and grocery store! The fold out couch was the most comfortable I have ever been on. We were so grateful to have a washer/dryer in apartment. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nice Cozy Apartment in a Great Location

This is a very nice cozy apartment. It was very clean and the host was very good with communications and follow up. There are two metro stations close by and lots of local restaurants. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely flat to explore Paris

Lovely flat, as shown in the photos with a nice balcony. Great location for exploring Paris. Situated near to a large park and several shops and cafes within walking distance. Also a short walk to two metro stops so you can easily get into central Paris. Chris was a fantastic host and provided an easy check in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy appartment in a nice neighborhood

We had a pleasant stay in the appartment. Good sofa bed. Very nice communication with the host. It was nice to stay in a not so crowded area but it was still close to the main sights.
