2-room apartment with a west-facing terrace and 2 accessible bathrooms

Our two-room apartment is located on the first floor of the main building and faces the garden. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven, and a coffee maker. The living room features a satellite TV and a sitting/dining area. There is also an extra bed. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is a double bed (the foot of the bed is open), and the windows can be opened. A connecting door leads to another room. The sunny west-facing terrace with a view of the Großer Arber invites you to linger. The bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a shower. Wi-Fi is available free of charge; the apartment is non-smoking. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. A lawn is perfect for relaxing. The total amount is to be paid in advance by bank transfer after booking. You will receive a separate email from us regarding this. For last-minute bookings, payment is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site; depending on check-in and check-out times, this may be done via a key box. Pets are allowed upon request. A fee of 5.00 EUR per pet per stay will be charged. A crib/rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax is generally not included in the room rate and amounts to the following per night (as of 01.01.2019): ): 1.90 EUR for adults; 1.25 EUR for children aged 7 to 16; 1.25 EUR for holders of a severe disability ID card with a disability rating of 50% or higher*; 0.00 EUR for holders of a severe disability ID card with a disability rating of 100%*; 0.00 EUR for children up to age 6; * Also applies to the accompanying person for disability certificates marked with an “B”! The daily visitor’s tax is charged on-site in addition to the apartment rate.
