Get ready to take in panoramic views of the Wasatch Mountains, Jordanelle Reservoir, and Deer Valley Resort, from every room of this immaculate, pet-friendly townhome. Thoughtfully designed across three levels, this newly built upscale retreat combines modern luxury, comfort, and mountain tranquility—perfect for families, friends, or groups seeking an elevated stay minutes from Park City.

Inside, you’ll find designer furnishings, elegant comfortable bedding, Smart TVs, luxury touches, a heated bathroom floor, and complimentary toiletries. A whole-home humidifier and dual washer/dryer units ensure effortless comfort for larger groups or longer stays.

After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind by the fireplace, relax on the deck with sweeping lake and mountain views from the hot tub or decks. Prepare meals in the chef’s kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, a gas range, and all cooking essentials. For convenience, the home includes a spacious two-car garage, dedicated gear storage, and a heated driveway for easy winter access.

Located around 15 minutes from Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, and the Canyons Resorts, the home offers access to world-class skiing, snowboarding, and winter adventures—including snowmobiling, sledding, and Nordic trails. When the snow melts, enjoy boating, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. Less than a mile from the home is Jordanelle Reservoir. Year-round, Park City’s nearby Historic Main Street awaits with boutique shopping, fine dining, live music, and art galleries.

LIVING SPACES

This three-level retreat features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two sets of laundry units, and two separate living areas—each with Smart TVs, sectional seating, and expansive windows framing the breathtaking mountains and reservoir. Both living spaces open onto decks with a spectacular view.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-end appliances, a gas range, coffee maker, Instapot, air fryer, slow cooker, and seating for 6 at the dining table plus 3 at the island.

2nd Floor Wet Bar: Mini fridge, Keurig, and wash sink for added convenience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): King bed, exceptional views, large ensuite bath with heated floors

Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): King bed, vaulted ceilings, stunning views

Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): 2 twin-over-full bunks, even the kids get great views too

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

Accommodates up to 10 guests with six beds plus the sleeper sofa.

CONNECTIVITY

Stay seamlessly connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Each bedroom includes convenient charging stations. All Smart TVs are equipped with DirecTV. There is also an Xbox with Game Pass giving you endless entertainment options after a day in the mountains.

PARKING

Enjoy easy access with a private two-car garage and additional space for two vehicles in the driveway. There is a 4 vehicle limit for guest groups as there is very little extra parking in our community.

GEAR STORAGE

We provide racks and dedicated areas in the garage for your ski and snowboard equipment. Your comfort was in mind when we outfitted the garage with a heated gear dryer, because no one likes cold wet gloves.

FOR CHILDREN

Little adventurers will love singing about building a snowman in winter and exploring Park City’s endless summer activities. When it’s time to unwind indoors, a curated selection of games and books keeps everyone entertained.

The dedicated kids’ room features two twin-over-full bunk beds. Families will also find child-friendly dinnerware and thoughtful touches that make traveling with children easier. For infants and toddlers, a pack-and-play and highchair are provided.

The home is spread out over three levels with many stairs connecting each floor.

There are bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floors. The main entry, living room, kitchen, and garage are on the top floor. There is a door to the patio and hot tub on the bottom floor.

NOTICE

Construction in the community is happening behind the home (and at some distance up the hill away from the home) during business hours on weekdays. While there is occasionally equipment situated west of the home, the stunning views of the lake and mountains are not obstructed and never will be at our home. The home is next to the highway and there is some vehicle road noise at the home. The hot tub is private (not shared with others) but is in view of other units and the road.

Guest Access:

The entire home and garage are available to you with the exception of two locked closets we use for storing supplies.

The Neighborhood:

Our community is dedicated to dark skies, with no street lamps or outward shining lights, you’ll be able to stargaze from almost anywhere in the home. Set a few miles from Park City Main Street, you'll love how easy it is to go to town while avoiding traffic and crowds when you want to relax. A vehicle (rental or otherwise) is generally needed when staying in our region as there are no direct bus or shuttle stops close by.

There are mountain bike trails just a few miles from the home. A few more miles beyond that, you can connect into the large Park City mtb trail system.

STATE PARKS & ATTRACTIONS

Jordanelle Reservoir State Park (1 mi), Deer Valley Mountain Resort (10 mi), Park City Mountain Resort (15 mi), Canyons Resort (15 mi), Wasatch Mountain State Park (20 mi), Deer Creek State Park (25 mi), Salt Lake City, Utah & the SLC Airport (45 mi)

ACTIVITIES

- Ski and Snowboard: Park City Resort, Canyon Resort, Deer Valley (DV is ski only, snowboarding is prohibited), all 10 - 15 mi.

- Shopping and Dining: Park City Main Street, 10 mi.

- Rafting, Fishing, kayaking, Sightseeing: Weber and Provo Rivers both ~35 mi.

- For snow machines, ATV/UTV, and mountain bike rentals and tours: Park City has numerous options. Also, the nearby towns of Kamas, Heber, and Midway all have rentals options available usually for cheaper.

- Swimming, boating, paddleboarding, canoes: Jordanelle Reservoir (5 mi) and Deer Creek (25 mi) are the closest options. Additionally, there are a dozen nearby lakes if you're up for exploring.

DINING & RETAIL

What Park City is known for! Close to the house there are a few dining options that are terrific. Otherwise, Park City Main Street is just 10 mi away.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

Please be aware that somewhat away from our home, other areas of the community are still under construction. Active work occurs during business hours on weekdays. Thankfully, while there is occasionally equipment situated in that direction, there will never be an obstructed view of the lake or mountains west of the home.

Getting Around:

In the summer, any vehicle can access the house. In the winter, most guests rent or bring a vehicle with 4WD/AWD though it is needed only rarely. Our neighborhood is great at plowing the roads. Typically, there are just a few times a year where the snow is bad enough that 4WD is required to get to the home. Uber and Lyft are often but not always available in the area. The nearest stop for the Park City bus system is 1-2mi away.

Other Things to Note:

PETS

$200 pet fee, max two (50lb weight limit). Please advise immediately upon booking how many pets you are bringing, this is required.

Absolutely no smoking on the property.

There is ongoing construction in the neighborhood up the hill from the home during business hours on weekdays. While some equipment is occasionally situated west of the home, the breathtaking views from the home of the mountains and lake will never be obstructed.

The highway is in front of the home so there is some noise from vehicles traveling on that road. We provide white noise machines for guest comfort.

There are exterior cameras on the property. None face a private or sleeping area. The cameras capture the garage and the view behind the home to the west.

The hot tub on the first floor patio is private (you won't share it with anyone) but is in view of other units and the road.

The views from our neighborhood are stunning during all 4 seasons. We are still close enough to town and far enough away to enjoy the view. The home is just a few minutes from downtown Park City and from the ski areas. Jordanelle Reservoir is less than a mile from the home.
