Escape to our idyllic condo, perfect for a weekend with friends, a relaxing couples escape, or for families seeking a fun-filled getaway on Carolina Beach! With an open living area, spacious rooms, and outdoor balcony seating , this spot is perfect for all. Set just across from local eateries like Uncle Vinny's and Leaf & Love, and down the street from the boardwalk, there's no shortage of fun and entertainment!

The space
Nancy’s Nest features two bedrooms. The primary has a queen bed and an ocean view, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the open living room has plenty of space to set up the 2 adult sized cots that are stored in the primary closet.

This condo is located on the first floor above the parking. There is one set of stairs to reach Nancy’s Nest.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for a homemade meal or dining in with take out. There is a leaf for the dining table to serve 6.

The balcony has a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. There is access to the pool using a fob. Please make sure to return to unit or you will be charged to replace it. Please do not place towels over the balcony railing.

The parking is unassigned and you MUST use the parking pass in your windshield. If you don’t use the pass, your car will get towed at your own expense.

Guest access
You have access to the pool using the provided fob as well as the private catwalk out to the beach. There are two parking passes to be used and returned at the end of your stay. The fob replacement fee is $250 and the parking pass replacement fee is $100.
