Attractive vacation apartment (40 m²) with a balcony

Our attractive vacation rental features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, a private bathroom, and a balcony or terrace. With a total of 40 square meters of living space, it offers plenty of room for 1–2 people. In addition to the standard room furnishings, you’ll have access to a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, all our beds are equipped with orthopedic mattresses. As in all other rooms, an extra bed is available upon request for an additional fee. The bathroom, complete with a toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer, rounds out the overall experience. The vacation apartment also features a radio, TV, and in-room safe. The balcony, with its view of the garden, is a perfect spot to relax. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Parking spaces are located right next to the building and can be used free of charge, as is the Wi-Fi. We also offer a storage area for your bicycles. Payment is due on site in cash or by debit card. A tourist tax of 2.10 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total price is due; for cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival, 70% of the total price is due. For later cancellations, 90% of the total price is due. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The tourist tax of 2.10 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site. Pets are not allowed. You are free to leave the vacation rental as you found it—that is, cleaned—or you may choose to take advantage of our end-of-stay cleaning service (40 EUR).
