The attractive and modern apartments (approx. 30 square meters), as well as the spacious vacation rentals (40–58 square meters), offer you the following comforts and luxuries: memory foam mattresses, shower/toilet, direct-dial phone, Internet access, hair dryer, flat-screen satellite TV, in-room safe, radio alarm clock, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments and vacation rentals feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The apartments also feature a microwave. Bathrobes are available upon request for a small fee. Our wellness offerings for you: solarium, fitness room, and magnetic field therapy. Monthly specials for long-term guests are available upon request. There is a beverage vending machine and a separate laundry room with a dryer in the basement. You can receive your treatments right here in the building, at the Krammel Massage and Bathing Practice (located in the Martinus building, to which we are connected via a covered walkway). Parking spaces and a bike carport are available. Of course, we also offer “gift certificates” for you to give as presents. Our spacious apartments feature a comfortable living/bedroom, a private bathroom, and a balcony. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, all our beds are equipped with orthopedic mattresses. Room size: 27.5 m². Smoking policy: Non-smoking rooms. Parking spaces are located directly next to the building. We also offer a covered area for your bicycles. Check-in is available between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are retrieved from a key safe; you’ll receive the code in advance of your arrival. Children’s rates available upon request. Check-in from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. A tourist tax of 2.10 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Breakfast is no longer offered. Pets are not allowed. You are free to leave the apartment as you found it—that is, clean—or you may choose to take advantage of our end-of-stay cleaning service (30 EUR).
