The space
Located in Costa Montaña Estates, a private, gated community in Tarcoles, it is an hour’s drive from San Jose airport (SJO) and a short drive to several scenic beaches, including Playas Manta, Blanca, Heradura, Jaco, and Hermosa.

Our home, designed with calmness in mind, offers luxurious comfort in a serene, nature-connected setting. It’s ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway or an extended trip to explore Costa Rica.

Surrounded by natural rainforests on the border of Carara National Park, the home faces the Pacific Ocean, providing spectacular ocean views and stunning sunsets. Guests often spot local fauna such as toucans, lapas, monkeys, sloths, frogs, butterflies, and insects from the comfort of the home.

This isn’t a hotel, so we ask that you respect the house rules:

- No parties or events (there are plenty of great venues nearby for that!)
- No smoking or drug use
- No filming or photoshoots
- Only registered guests are permitted and adults must provide copies of official government IDs before arrival

We also reserve the right to cancel bookings made by local residents (from Puntarenas or other parts of Costa Rica) unless prior communication has been made. So if you are local, please message me before booking.
