Amantes de la playa se deleitarán en el patio cubierto con mangueras de pulverización para enjuagues de agua dulce después de un baño en el mar o caminar en la playa, cabañas tiki en la playa y un montón de sillas. El suave oleaje y la playa que adorna esta villa es todo arena blanca y perfecta para niños pequeños, paddle, y simplemente flotando. También en la planta principal, una guarida ofrece un dormitorio séptimo, ya que se convierte en una zona de dormitorio privado con 2 camas.

El segundo piso le da la bienvenida con una gran sala familiar, un área de descanso enorme, una televisión de 60 pulgadas, un bar, una mesa de billar, una mesa de futbolín y dos suites principales. Lavadoras y secadoras son tanto en la planta baja y segundo piso. fabricantes de hielo son también en ambas plantas. El balcón del segundo piso es amplio y perfecto para el entretenimiento, con sus vistas panorámicas del mar y la playa sin obstáculos por los vecinos u otros edificios.

El tercer piso tiene dormitorios con carácter! Un loft espacioso y un acogedor dormitorio privado, cada uno con sus propios balcones privados, camas king y acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje en el balcón del tercer piso que domina esta famosa playa, ideal para una noche increíble bajo las estrellas.

Beautiful home great service and most importantly a wonderful family vacation. We hope to make it an annual trip for our 14 family members. We have been coming to Cayman for years and this was our best trip ever .

In one word our stay was ETHEREAL! Mona Lisa was a true Shero helping us organize and be pampered with her staff. Chef Eliot and his village catering team were mind boggling, with a such a vast variety of flavorful cuisine. We never go to the same place, now we may never go anywhere else. Seascape is a slice of heaven on 7 Mile Beach

No home like this place on 7 Mile Beach. We wanted for nothing. Adults and kids and grandchildren all loved our week stay at Seascape. We love Cayman Island and love Seascape!

Best vacation ever!

It doesn't get much better than the Seascape Villa. What an unbelievably beautiful and luxurious vacation home. Everything was just perfect from the moment we arrived. Chris and Deanna were so accomodating and helpful with all of our requests. Hope we can come back and visit next year. Highly recommend!!!

Great visit to Cayman

Island is fantastic and Seascape is even better. Terrific beach, weather, and multiple-family villa located in the middle of the action. Yuri (property manager) is attentive and is great to deal with. Villa is awesome because you can be together or grab your own space for quiet. Many different ways to spend your day. Villa has everything families need to keep kids and parents happy to do their thing on vacation.

Amazing Week at Seascape Villa

The house and location were perfect for our family vacation. It is stocked with everything you could need and then some. The icing on the cake was the staff that comes with it. Mona Lisa was happy to help with every detail and suggested many fun things to do. Yuri was very attentive to any issues we had with the property. Adrian was the best! He showed up every morning with a smile and kept everything clean and tidy. He was so helpful and friendly. Can’t speak highly enough of him! Thank you for the most memorable family vacation! Highly recommend this property!

Great House and wonderful Island

We stayed at Seascape and it was truly a wonderful house with every ammenity you could ask for. The manager Yuri was very helpful and available 24 hrs a day. The kitchen is well stocked - except for spices. Great location to Georgetown and grocery store . The beach is just out the back door and beautiful. I highly recommend Seascape. Snorkeling and scuba diving was the best, great restaurants within walking distance. The owner is thinking of having a charter boat available too. We plan to return.

We LOVE this House!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this beautiful home. It works for our large family. We had 12 adults and 2 kids and were not crowded at all. There are 3 floors so everyone can spread out and enjoy the luxury. You do feel like this is your very own private retreat if only for a week. Walk out the back door to Seven Mile Beach and it's paradise! House manager Yuri is great! If you need anything he is there to help. We are already booked again for next year!

Perfect beach vacation.

We had 8 adults and 5 children for a week at Seascape Villa. The accommodations are terrific and the weather and beach are unbeatable. The manager, Yuri Ferguson, was very accommodating and responsive to every need or request. When we booked the property, we were a little concerned that we did not have a pool. When we saw the beach and water that concern disappeared immediately. In fact, adding a pool would detract significantly from the property and experience. We can use a pool anywhere. You cannot improve on the natural beauty of this beach and water. We have been to a lot of beaches around the world but this was by far the best ever. We look forward to returning.

A Week in Paradise

We had a group of 18 family members celebrating Thanksgiving at Seascape Villa for a week. Ages 5-73. The home is beautiful and you will not find a better location! The private beach area is perfect and idyllic. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the house and breathtaking views from every room and level. The staff was always helpful and polite. We used Chef Eliot for some of our meals and they were all amazing and delicious. The home is clean and luxurious. My only feedback is if you ever decide to add anything, the house would be even more perfect if it had a half bath on the ground level for those visiting or staying in the bunk room and another bath upstairs, we had 6 teens sharing that top bathroom and it was a bit cozy. But other than that, you can’t beat Seascape Villa for the perfect week in paradise, there is so much to do while also being the perfect place to relax! We hope to return again in the future!

Gorgeous in the Caymans

From Maine, Georgia and Connecticut we came to celebrate a 70th birthday---all 13 of us including 5 grandchildren. What's not to like??!! Gorgeous and spacious villa with a beautiful beach, hot tub, gourmet kitchen and plenty of room to be as one group or to find a private place for quiet moments. Private, yet close to everything. The second floor is huge with a beautiful deck and a great gathering spot for pool, ping pong, or just hanging out. The third floor also has a deck and a hot tub. Beautifully appointed, all amenities and unique interior decor. It felt like home. No worries, just good times. Tough to find a 6-7 bedroom mansion anywhere and this was perfect. Thank you Yuri and the crew. Very very clean and well stocked with supplies. Hope to go back some day and would recommend it to anyone.

GORGEOUS beachfront house, perfect location!!

I stayed here with a group a friends for 4 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and spacious. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the little details. The layout (with 4 master suites) was perfect for our group. We were practically planning a trip back as soon we walked in the door! The second floor is very spacious and was the perfect place to hang out with a wet bar, pool and ping pong tables, lots of seating, and great views of the ocean. The pictures do not do this house justice. The location of the house was also great. We did not need to rent a car, and we were walking distance from many great restaurants, the liquor store, and grocery store. The beach was beautiful and we had great views of the sunset from the balcony. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and even stocked the kitchen with our groceries list! They also put us in touch with a message therapist and yoga instructor who came to the house and led a yoga class on the beach. We had such a great time and can't wait to come back again!

Awesome home - Awesome owners

We just returned from an amazing vacation on Grand Cayman! Ironically, this was the first time we rented a home through VRBO, despite advertising two of our own lake homes on the site that we rent out. That madness stops now! Three families were already booked at the Marriott, when we came across the house online. We decided to cancel our reservations at the hotel and try renting this home that looked too good to be true on the website. It only took 30 seconds upon arrival to realize that Sea Scape is even more impressive in person! The home is located directly on Seven Mile Beach, between the Marriott and Ritz. It was our own little slice of paradise! We had our own lounge chairs on the beach without having to fight the crowds to save a chair each morning. The water is so close, it’s amazing! Staying in this beautiful home gave us the opportunity to eat meals in if we desired. We did this a couple of times, because the sunsets were beautiful! If any of us had any reservations about whether we picked the right place to stay (which we didn’t), all it took was a walk down the beach to a busy hotel with a very crowded pool and beach. The home is also very close to a Red Sail Watersports desk, so activities were easily planned. Yuri the house manager is a great guy and was very helpful throughout the week and the owners are as good as it gets to deal with. Two thumbs up to all at Sea Scape!

Perfect Vacation Home for large group.

Seascape exceeded our expectations (Nov’ 16 stay). The pics do not do the property justice. We had a group of twelve and everyone was delighted with their oceanfront bedroom, balcony and views. The rooms and private bathrooms are fabulous. The house has volumes of space that the photos really can't capture. As with such a large group we were worried that we would feel cramped, but the house is very spacious and the perfect layout so it was ideal for us. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and beautifully designed and there were several communal areas which gave us options whether we wanted to chill on the sofa, unwind and read a book or gather together and play games. The second floor is a great big entertainment space, with a bar, ping pong, billiards and large TV area all with spectacular ocean views. From the moment we arrived the connection to water was at the forefront. We then walked in the door; we were so blown away by the ocean view and the just mere steps to the ocean. Best of all a Private beach area. No fighting for beach chairs here! Quiet location on a very busy beach – absolutely the perfect spot. Yuri the property manager is very attentive to every detail. Arrived on a Sunday when everything was closed but drove us to the only store that was open, we would have never found it! Another time the BBQ ran out of gas and he was there within minutes with a new tank – thx for saving the day!

The best rental property in the Caribbean

I could go on forever singing the praises of this house but alas, Vrbo has limited me to 2500 words so I will do my best. This is a gorgeous, 6-7 bedroom mansion in the middle of the best stretch of Seven Mile Beach. Our group was 5 young couples and we had the time of our lives. There is ample space and most of the bedrooms are suites with massive closets, sitting areas and huge bathrooms. It was like we each had our own private villa within the villa (all with ocean views). We were in Cayman for our wedding so had friends and family come and go during the week. It was not surprising that this house became a sort of home base with the beautiful white sand beach in the backyard, palapas and 10+ lounge chairs to use in addition to a paddle board and 2 kayaks!! The outdoor areas are expansive with a nice patio on ground floor (with grill) and huge balconies with seating for 10+ off the second and third floor (hot tub on 3rd floor makes for an amazing sunset every night). Whenever any issue came up, it was resolved almost instantly by the onsite property manager working in a nearby office. Groceries and alcohol were also procured and stocked for us upon arrival. The house also provided a cell phone to use for local calls which was such a nice touch and very useful. The location is what sets this house apart from other options in GC. The house could not be more centrally located. Great restaurants within walking distance as well as bars and shops. It's only a 10 min drive from airport as well. We look forward to coming back to share this property again and I'm certain if you choose to stay at Seaside, it will exceed your wildest expectations.

Beautiful property on a pristine white sandy beach!

House and Beach: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in working order. The beach was insanely beautiful. The water was so crystal clear your mind was tricked into thinking you were in a swimming pool. It wasn't until you tasted the salt water that you were reminded it really was an ocean. There were water toys, kayaks, floats....etc waiting for us on the beach. It was too easy. Property Manager Assessment: Yuri was an excellent property manager. He was around the property daily and very easy to locate. We inquired about getting squid to fish in the mornings. Some of our guys liked to take the two kayaks out really early in the morning while the water was super calm. Yuri came back with all the bait they needed. We inquired about getting a surprise birthday cake for one of our guests. He made it happen. He was wonderful! Proximity to Restaurants: We had never been to Seven Mile Beach before and didn't realize how convenient Seascape's location was to nearby restaurants. You have three amazing restaurants and one very large bar/restaurant virtually across the street. The food was fantastic everywhere we went. Not knowing this, we had lined up a private chef for two nights of our stay and all I can say is WOW!! Chef Remy's food was spectacular. He's super familiar with Seascape. Everything was effortless for our family and friends. Even though the restaurants were amazing, I would still recommend Chef Remy if you want to take a night to relax on property. To Rent a Car or Not to Rent a Car: We didn't and had no regrets. Restaurants were close by. Groceries were delivered to the house. Want to snorkel or go horseback riding? How about parasailing or deep sea fishing? All of those companies will send a shuttle or boat to the house to pick you up. We even had two jet skis delivered to our beach for a day. Everything was a phone call away. Suggestion box: My only suggestion to Yuri as we were checking out would be to provide beach umbrellas in between the outdoor loungers. You can find shade under the large covered back patio and under the Tiki huts, but if your family wants to sit side by side in the loungers, be prepared to bake. Yuri was able to procure one umbrella for our group that was very much appreciated, but really the property needs at least four matching ones lined up in a row. Knowing Yuri, he'll figure out a way to make it happen. We can't wait to return next year!

Best trip EVER!

This house is awesome! The location and view are priceless. It is definitely a show stopper, yet homey and very comfortable. The patios and decks are unbelievable spots to watch the amazing sunsets every evening. The beach area is very private - almost like having your own beach! The house has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful water. Delicious restaurants and shopping are all an easy walk. The property manager, Yuri, is great. He arranged all our deliveries before we arrived and was only a text or call away whenever we had a question. We will definitely be returning soon! This house is a gem on Seven Mile Beach!

Lovely beach vacation for family

The house is beautiful and commodious for the 17 family members who attended. Everyone is friendly, but for a week Seascape provided a surplus of “private spots.” The beach is perfect.
