At Florida Breeze, you'll have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Take a tour of the space:

SITTING ROOM: A quiet space at the front of the home to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with cookware for at home meals.

LIVING ROOM (Sleeps 2): Spacious living room with leather couch and recline. Additionally with a pull out sofa. Smart tv and board games!

DINING ROOM: Connected to the living room with high top seating for 6

FULL BATHROOM: Full bathroom with shower tub combination.

BEDROOM 1: King bed, smart tv, dresser, and closet. Connects to a private screened in balcony with seating and large tv!

BEDROOM 2: King bed, smart tv, dresser, and closet.

FULL BATHROOM: Full bathroom with hallway access from both bedrooms with walk in shower.

GUEST SUITE: The perfect space to cool off while entertaining in the back. Complete with futon, mini fridge, and smart tv.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire 2 bedroom home, guest suite, fenced in outdoor area with hot tub, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking in the driveway, and complimentary coffee for the first morning and access to Netflix on the 3 TVs.



Getting Around:

Florida Breeze is in short walking distance to many local restaurants and attractions so you can park your car and leave the keys at home!



Downtown is 1 mile, just a few minutes drive or 20 minute walk. Driving to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
