Welcome to this beautifully remodeled beachfront home in stunning Dana Point. Situated in a private, gated community, this exclusive property offers breathtaking ocean views, direct beach access and an expansive private deck that is rare for the community. Inside, you'll find a beautifully upgraded kitchen and open floor plan. The home is conveniently located near top restaurants, shopping, scenic hiking trails, and recently renovated Dana Point Harbor. Ideal for day trips to the San Diego Zoo, Mission San Juan Capistrano, Disneyland and Laguna Beach.
Enter through a gated private entrance open to a spacious front patio offering privacy and room to entertain. The entire home features expansive sliders and windows, amplifying the beautiful whitewater views. The oversized deck is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a cocktail and also for entertaining. The possibilities are endless- swimming, surfing, bodyboarding, building sandcastles and watching the sun set behind Catalina Island.
The Space:
Living Room- Adorning a couch and chairs, TV, brick fireplace, reading nook and sliders that lead to the deck
Kitchen- Equipped and stocked kitchen including stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, a waterfall-edge peninsula, white Shaker cabinetry and a pantry. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker
Dining Room- Open to both living room and kitchen with fantastic views
Bedroom 1- Main floor with full size bed
Bedroom 2- Upstairs with king bed
Bedroom 3- Upstairs with 2 bunk beds and each bunk bed has a twin on the top and a full on the bottom (4 beds total)
Bathroom 1- Main level, walk-in shower. Remodeled beautiful marble shower
Bathroom 2- 2nd level bathroom jack and Jill between the two bedrooms
Upstairs "game room"- TV, foosball table, and panoramic ocean views
Parking- 3 reserved parking spaces
AC/Heat: Unit has Central Heating and AC
Exterior:
Private patio with steps down to the sand and ocean. It is equipped with sun loungers, a large umbrella, outdoor dining table for 6, Adirondack chairs, additional seating and an outdoor shower.
Washer and Dryer on the side yard
***Only three vehicles will be allowed through the gate for this address per Community and City Rules as well as a maximum of 8 persons at any time. Additional vehicles can park outside of the gates and guests can walk or be shuttled in. If renting more than 30 days, additional vehicles can park within the gates. Certain vehicles will also not be permitted in the community including RVs, party buses, caterers, etc. The vehicle and guest limit also applies to photographers as well as hair and make up artists. If you have any questions please reach out before booking
Please Note:
Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy. There will be train noise periodically. We ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and not to impede on their sandy area or use their furniture/beach toys. Guests are welcome to walk down the stairs to the ocean and walk the length of the community on the beach. Other things to note: Beach Road is a quiet, family oriented community. There are no events and we kindly ask that guests are respectful of all of our neighbors in regards to noise and their property.
No Pets Allowed, citations will be issued
