Welcome to the Pacific Perch, a classic Pacific City beach house thoughtfully upgraded in the way an oceanfront home truly deserves. This beautifully remodeled retreat blends timeless coastal character with high-quality, custom finishes—honoring the home's original charm while elevating it with modern comfort and design. Set right on the sand, The Perch offers sweeping ocean views, multiple gathering spaces, and a warm, inviting feel throughout. This is perfect location to hunker down & enjoy the views. Or use it is a perfect home base to explore Pacific City, Cape Kiwanda, and all the Oregon Coast has to offer.

Layout: Split level entry. Upstairs has kitchen, living room, dining area. 1/2 bath. Deck access. Primary oceanview suite with full bath.
Downstairs has den with large tv, bedroom with king bed & full bath, bedroom with queen bed and full bath, and bedroom with 2 queen beds. Garage space available and laundry in garage.
While the beach is directly in front of the house, the dune shifts throughout the year making the access unpredictable. It is often quite steep from the upper dune down onto the beach. The views are amazing and the easier beach access is nearby at the Turnaround Beach or Bob Straub state park.
This home is a better fit for families with bigger kids. Toddler amenities are not provided.

Sunset Avenue is a quiet street located between the Nestucca River and the Ocean that stretches south from the middle of Pacific City on the beach, and leads directly into Bob Straub State Park. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the oceanfront homes. Also off of Sunset Avenue you will find what is commonly known as "The Boat Landing", which along with a boat ramp is one of the best fishing holes in the area. Certain times of the year, you will find fisherman catching huge spring and fall Chinook Salmon.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
