24-hour emergency on-call property management staff is always available for maintenance emergencies.
Wild Dunes gate passes are provided. Please do not park on the street or grass, this may result in a ticket from Wild Dunes. Two parking passes/spots available & must be parked in driveway. There is no on-street parking in Wild Dunes. Ride shares are scarce to get picked up once on the island - advanced reservation suggested to leave Isle of Palms.
No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
No Pets-The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents. Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions.
Home is non-smoking.
*HOUSE SUPPLIES*
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen.
Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
