All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!
This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units in every space.
Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Ample off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles + ample free & metered street parking in the neighborhood. The garage is not included with the rental.

Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the off-street parking area, plus ample street parking.

You'll find a variety of dining options within easy walking distance, from casual eateries perfect for a quick bite to family-friendly restaurants offering delicious meals. Explore unique shops and boutiques along the boardwalk, or venture a bit further to discover local treasures. Enjoy the charming, classic Wildwood architecture that surrounds you, creating a truly memorable vacation experience.
Getting Around:
Getting around from our Victorian Beach House is a breeze! Public transportation options are readily available in Wildwood, allowing you to explore the area without needing a car. While specific bus routes and schedules can vary, the Wildwood area is well-served by local transit. For those driving, we offer ample off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles, plus plenty of free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. Please note the garage is not included with the rental. The house's prime location also makes it easy to access major hubs. You're a short drive from the Garden State Parkway, providing convenient access to other Jersey Shore destinations and beyond. For air travel, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 45-minute drive away, making it a convenient option for your arrival and departure.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.
PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.
NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
