Enjoy a bright and airy Denver stay in this thoughtfully designed 2-bed, 2-bath home filled with natural light and an open, welcoming feel. Clean lines, comfortable furnishings, and sunlit spaces make it easy to relax after a day out. Perfectly situated for easy access around the city, you’re close to dining, entertainment, and local favorites while still enjoying a quiet place to unwind. Ideal for couples, friends, or a comfortable extended stay.

This main level apartment is the first floor of a single family home. Please be aware that the lower level is rented separately and there may be other guests residing there during your stay. Both units are entirely separate with their own private entrances, however the staircase outside the units is shared to allow access to the backyard.

Bedroom 1 – A bright and inviting bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed, designed for relaxation and peaceful nights.

Bedroom 2 – A cozy bedroom with a Queen bed, perfect for guests or family, offering comfort and simplicity.

The home includes 1 clean and fully stocked bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Fresh towels, bright lighting, and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
