Step inside Lava Bungalow and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your Oak Island getaway. The condo features three bedrooms, each offering a comfortable and private retreat. The First Bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, providing a spacious and relaxing haven. The Second Bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a single bed, ideal for a variety of guests. The Third Bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. The condo includes two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals.
Step outside onto your private patio or balcony and soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the community pool, or fire up the grill and enjoy a meal at the picnic area with family and friends. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction. **
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
