Second floor has a great room with cathedral ceiling, kitchen with custom cabinets & appliances. Granite counters and island. Hardwood floors throughout, living room with a wall of windows with nice views. Full tiled bath. Primary bedroom with Queen bed. Could be rented with main house for an added rate or main house could be rented separately.
