Located on 2nd Avenue in the heart of Little Italy, this home puts you in one of San Diego’s most loved neighborhoods. You’ll be surrounded by cafés, rooftop bars, bakeries, and award-winning Italian restaurants, all just steps away. The waterfront, Embarcadero, and scenic walking paths are a short stroll, while Balboa Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, and the USS Midway are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

This is one of the most walkable areas in San Diego — many top attractions, dining spots, and the waterfront are within walking distance. You’re also close to trolley stops, ride-share pickup zones, and freeway access, making it easy to reach beaches, the airport, and theme parks. A private garage space is included for guests bringing a car.

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.
