To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.



🛡️🛡️Damage Waiver / Security Deposit🛡️🛡️

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



🐕🐈For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:🐈🐕



1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

30 nights or more = $300 flat rate



We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid



🐈🐈There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.🐕🐕



We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Property was well maintained. Clean and gated. Check-in instructions were a little harder to understand, or I’m just slow… and we only received them an hour before check in. It would have been nice to get them a bit earlier, but we didn’t go straight to it, we had plans so ended up asking questions pretty late at night due to lack of understanding, but host was kind and quick to get back to me. The one thing I would say, the shower curtain in the main restroom needs to be MUCH longer, Other than that, it was a good stay!

The carpet needs shampooing in both rooms. Left my new slippers black on the bottom from walking from room to room. The sofa has spots on it. One of the pieces of furniture shown in the pictures are not currently there. The overhead light flickers in the master bedroom. Also, the billing had some discrepancies. Aside from that the customer service and friendliness of the hosts were great. The location was perfect too.
