This is such a beautiful unit! LOVE the private beach! The kids loved the pool! We did have a little difficulty figuring out which unit was “ours” as the front door is not labeled but the staff was very helpful and got us in quickly! There is construction going on next door which was a small nuisance, but overall a very good experience! We will be back!

I feel bad for the owners of this property, but also feel obligated to warn people not to stay here. Some of the issues can be fixed- wasn’t ready for check in. Door code didn’t work until 7pm. Had issues with getting property details and a rude receptionist at the property management company. Those things got worked out. Could also fix the roach issue (we saw 3 during our stay) and could fix the fire alarm issue (it went off very easily, like when we made eggs and used the toaster). Could possibly fix the incoming light issue (several bedroom windows don’t have coverings and get flooded with light at sunrise). But the biggest issue that can’t be fixed is the paper thin floors that allow you to hear every movement and even mumbling of conversation in the unit above you. The whole place shakes when someone steps hard or closes a door. The washing machine sounds like it’s running in your unit, not theirs. We had a mixed age group above us. The older people were active until 1-2am, then the youngest were up and active by 5am. So we had about a 4-5 hour sleep window. It was miserable. We’re all sleep deprived. It’s too bad because the location, views, and beach access are wonderful.
