Bright, light-flooded holiday home with a fantastic view
private pool, electrically heated, terrace furnished with table and 6 seats and 4 lounge chairs

spacious kitchen with island, fully equipped with microwave, toaster and coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.

We had a very relaxing week at Villa Sunshine. The house was very well stocked with everything from towels to kitchen items. The management company was very quick to respond if we had any issues. The only thing we were sad about was that no matter how high the heat was turned up for the pool, it was still cold to swim in.

A wonderful spot for a family vacation. Beautiful home and pool. We loved watching the dolphins and manatees off of the pier.

Great house

Great house with everything we needed to enjoy our week in Florida. Kids loved the pool. There was enough space for the six of us (three adults and three children.)

Absolutely beautiful house and location

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location was convenient for quick trips to the store and day trips to the beach. The canal view from the house was amazing with wide open water and stunning sunsets. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. We would definitely visit this location again

Relaxing week in a beautiful, clean home!

The pictures are great but it’s even better in person! They have everything you need to cook and enjoy the week. Close to stores but feels secluded.

Nice property good locstion

Property was nice. The pool leaked dropping over 8 inches everyday & we had to fill it every day which ran up the water heating bill due to the addition of cooler water. House had everything one needs.

Villa Sunshine

What an excellent “Get Away From COVID” trip. This house is beautiful and everything about it exceeds the pictures shown on VRBO. We spent most of our time on the lanai. Watching the manatees swimming in the canal was an added bonus. The rental company, BMI was excellent to work with. We have rented through them and VRBO several times, and this one far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend both this house and BMI

Fun on the Canal

The house was as advertised, the pictures of the canal don’t do it justice, very picturesque views and calming. We enjoyed the pool and the back patio area. There was plenty of room for 5 of us. We did encounter a small hiccup with the air conditioner, the property manager was very responsive and sent someone in the very next day to fix the issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the home again in the future.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful, very well kept. Check-in was a bit of an issue as we were waiting to get out on the water and we’re delayed because they were late. It would be better if that had been scheduled prior to arrival so we knew what to expect rather than finding out when you arrive. We also reached out to extend our stay but never got a response but found out at check out that we could’ve stayed longer. The house itself is great but I think the communication could be improved. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

If you have other plans for the check-in appointment, you can call one of the two telephone numbers and can have the appointment at a different time without any problems. Unfortunately, it is not in our hands that there may be small delays due to traffic. I don't know who you asked, I read the entire conversation with you. You never asked me for an extension which we would have gladly granted We also have an office on site, right at Cape Coral Bridge where you could easily walk in. Another awesome VRBO experience!

Property is as described. Clean, comfortable and spacious for our family. Liked layout allowed teens to stay up late playing water volleyball in the lovely pool and not keep parents up late! Always a few hiccups but Angie went above and beyond to solve all issues. Rented a boat and fished 4 days, highly recommend the great food at Hooked restaurant in Matlache and also enjoyed outstanding authentic Mexican food at the taco truck by Publix. Had a wonderful time look forward to coming back! Again,5 stars to Angie!

Wonderful place

Our family had a wonderful Christmas in this home. The interior was clean and new. The pool, dock and waterway gave us enjoyment outside. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

House was amazing in a great location. Close to everything you need. Pool was so relaxing. Lanai area is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view. The only negative I can find is that the house could use some pots and pans. Would stay again!!

Lovely home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunshine. The home was very clean upon arrival, and very well stocked with all the necessities, although minutes away from Publix, CVS, etc. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a small lake, which made for lovely views out the windows and while relaxing on the screened porch. The pool and its associated fountains were another beautiful and soothing feature. We would happily stay here again in the future.
